In today's strange world, it is so hard to get service and feel comfortable about the interface. Precision Doors was so far above expectations that I don't know where to start. The communication was outstanding. I received a photo of my technician to ensure my safety. Precision Doors is following excellent protocol to ensure that no physical contact is made. The technician was friendly, quick, and thorough. He saw a potential future problem and fixed it too. Outstanding all the way around. I recommend them highly.

You were prompt, courteous and exceeded my expectations the last time I needed a repair. Today just cemented our history. I called this morning with a serious problem and within a few hours Preston W. Shows up (early I might add) and has my door back to new in the space of 20 minutes!
