Precision did an outstanding job installing garage door motors and new rollers at a reasonable cost. The technician was very professional during the entire installation. He answered all questions and provided helpful information about the operation of the new openers and keypad. I would recommend them if anyone needs work done on their overhead garage doors. This company is truly the best!

From initial phone call to fully functioning garage door in less than 2 hours. Really appreciate Mitchel calling to let me know he was on his way and he arrived within minutes of his estimated eta. I opted for the full upgrade package which is quite an improvement over the cheapest option installed by the builder some 12 years ago. I really can't comment on the cost as each homeowner needs to decide which is best for their particular situation. As for quality of service and professionalism of the technician who performed the work, I can give them my unqualified recommendation.

I called at 4:15 with a broken spring. I was given an appointment time of between 6 and 8pm. The tech, Mitchell M., called me at 5:30 and asked if he could stop by early. He showed up about 5:45. He inspected the door, gave me recommendations and quoted me a reasonable price. He started work and was gone by 6:10 after installing dual springs. I am very pleased with the prompt, thorough and professional service provided by Mitchell.

Your service was spontaneous because you came just hours after our emergency. We had a death in our family just the night before and were having to leave town. I chose Precision from the rating on Home Advisor. I was notified within minutes, and Mitchell the repairman was at my house within an hour. He did an outstanding job in replacing the broken spring with a two spring system and replaced the rollers. I cannot even hear the door raise or lower anymore, which is great. I really appreciate the service in such little time. I would recommend for your garage needs to contact Precision. If the rest of the employees are like Mitchell, then they must be skilled, dependable, and take pride in their work. I give Precision a 5 star rating. This morning as I left for work and tried to remotely close my garage door, it would not close down or go further up. I had to come to work!!!! I'm a single woman it had to close before nightfall!!!! I tried Home Depot, they had nothing available today. Then I tried another company, they couldn't help me, even when I begged, until later tomorrow morning. I was dismayed to say the very least. I was surfing for repair services and found Precision. I will NEVER use anyone else but Precision. My rep was Mitchell Meals he was kind, courteous, a step ahead of all my concerns and questions he was PERFECT!!!! Thank you again.

The technician called ahead of time and showed up on time, was friendly and courteous, explained what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. The work was done quickly and efficiently. The technician explained the typical problems of a chain-driven system and provided an estimate for replacing it with a belt-drive system when the time comes. The technician asked me if I was satisfied with the repair (I was) before he asked for payment. He performed the repair, cleaned up his work area, and departed in less than 45 minutes. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service to my family and friends.

Great customer service!! Mitchell was knowledgeable and provided several options for the repair. He did a great job replacing the spring. Pricing was reasonable and they repaired after hours. I would recommend them to family and friends.
