Called for broken spring on 6-22-21. Appointment set for 6-23-2021, 10-12 AM. The tech arrived between 1030 and 1045. Mr Taylor the tech was very courteous and profession. Pointed out the door need two springs instead of the one installed that broke. Completed the job without any problem. Highly recommend this company for any garage door work anyone needs done. Garage door spring broke on 5/2/2021 around 11am. I called Precision to set an appointment and was told it wouldn’t be until later that day between 6pm and 8pm. 11:30pm I got a text that my technician Hunter Taylor was on the way. I chose Precision based on posted reviews for my area. Two garage doors were not closing. The technician was on-time and quickly identified the problem. Two of my old sensors were not working properly, and once replaced, both doors and openers worked fine. He also repaired the sensor wiring on a third door to improve its reliability. I thought I would need new openers or at least adjustments, so this simple repair saved me money.
