Excellent Service by Austin Hambright, as my garage door issue was unusual. He quickly analyze the problem and came up with a solution and completed the job to my satisfaction. We highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Huntsville. Our garage door remotes were not working. Austin did a quick assessment of the problem, within 30 minutes our garage opener was repaired. Austin was wonderful! Our torsion spring broke Monday night and I called Precision Tuesday morning. They were able to get me on schedule for noon-2, and I got a call from Austin at 11:00 letting me know he was on his way. He was at my house by 11:30. He was cordial, friendly, and professional, and was done replacing the spring and packed up by 12:15.

Worn out rollers and 2 cracked hinges replaced as advertised. I called at 8 am and Austin showed up and completed repairs by noon. He even re-programmed my outside keypad that I haven't been able to use since I purchased the house. The door works like new and is way quieter than it was with the old metal rollers! Thanks!
