We had a spring break on our garage door, and I called the next morning to schedule an appointment. The technician arrived later that evening on schedule, replaced both springs, reattached some of the bracing to the ceiling, and was in and out in about an hour. Cost was around $200, including the two springs. Garage works and sounds great now. Very satisfied customer!

I am very satisfied with the repair of my garage door, the technician Jonathan Collins, called ahead and informed me that he was on the way. Arrived early and explain to me the package deals that the company offered. I didn't intend to spend that much for the repair of my garage door but after considering and talking it over with my wife we decided to go with the five year warranty package which really made the cost rise for the repair. I called Precision Doors and requested an estimate to install 2 doors in my shop. They set the time for the technician to come out around my work schedule. The technician called and ask to come a little early and was very appreciative that I was able to accommodate. He was very knowledgeable of his trade and gave me a price that I thought was reasonable for the type of work that I requested, and a schedule that I could work with. At the time that I scheduled the installation, I was asked to pay half of the cost. Before I was able to get the doors installed, I had to cancel the order because of other issues beyond Precision Doors. The folks at Precision Door, tried to work a solution for the issue that I was having without success. Precision Door refunded my money within 24 hours without any question. I told them that I’ll have other work to be performed at a later date, and that they would be to first one I call. I would recommend these folks to anyone. They put a fair amount of effort to satisfy my problems, and in the end, they graciously gave me my money back without question. It’s great to see CUSTOMER SERVICE in action. The technician called ahead of time and showed up on time, was friendly and courteous, explained what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. The work was done quickly and efficiently. The technician explained the typical problems of a chain-driven system and provided an estimate for replacing it with a belt-drive system when the time comes. The technician asked me if I was satisfied with the repair (I was) before he asked for payment. He performed the repair, cleaned up his work area, and departed in less than 45 minutes. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service to my family and friends.
