TJ Cooley was on time, extremely courteous, and diagnosed my problem immediately, which a competitor did not. He came back next day with items for repairs & did the work very efficiently and quickly. I had been dealing with the problem for several months because the competitor hadn't properly diagnosed previously. I would definitely recommend Precision and would call them again for any other issues.

To other Customers from a Client: A courteous, efficient and helpful response from my initial phone call. An advance phone call from TJ, who arrived promptly and went through a clear explanation of what was being provided, without the usual "upselling" you might receive from a vendor, once they get a "foot in the door". Mitchell, an additional Tech was in the area and came to assist in the installation of the 2 Door openers. Clean up and complete satisfaction were what I was left with. All that and a pleasant attitude.......but isn't that how business should be done?. Anyway I will simply say Thank you.

I called at 8am on a Saturday. I scheduled an appointment for 10am -12noon. At 8:45 Michael called and asked if he could come early. He arrived at 9am. He was very polite and professional. I chose to replace my single broken spring with a double spring system. The garage door works better now than it ever has. By the way, Michael was done by 10am.

this visit was for a tune up, the result of a coupon in the mail. the technician was competent and efficient. i feel the cost was worth the peace of mind i get from this tune up. i got the invoice a little later in my email. i really dont need a six page invoice for a lube and roller replacement. however, in reading the inspection checklist, i see that my end plates are worn and failed. that was never mentioned during the visit.

Precision did an outstanding job installing garage door motors and new rollers at a reasonable cost. The technician was very professional during the entire installation. Great service. My house is 13 years old and I am not the original owner. The garage door would not open or opened partially. I thought it was the lift motor. Jonathon told me we needed a second coil spring and that the motor was old but still functioning. He fixed the garage door in 30 minutes, lubricated the track, and reprogrammed the external garage door openers. This is a first class company. No hassles, no hard sell. Well done. I recommend this company and will use them again.
