Very quick and professional response to my broken torsion spring dilemma. I opted to have two new springs installed along with new drums, end bearing plates and rollers. The door is quieter than its ever been. My only reservation has to do with the billing. The replacement parts are itemized but have no price. Hence, there is no way to discern the cost of parts versus labor.

We called late on Friday afternoon, and surprisingly, was given a "next day" appointment. Service Tech, Jonathan called before arrival, and arrived on time. He was knowledgeable and made our garage door adjustments quickly. He also pointed out a problem with our garage door gasket, caused by another contractor. He didn't pressure us to buy anything, but did show us options available to us. Jonathan was friendly, and engaging. We can't thank him enough for the service.

He offered me three options, and then when we agreed on one surprised me by telling me he would do the installation right then and there. He had all the required parts on his truck. Chose Precision because of the web site and the information provided. I did notice on the web site it says there is no charge for Saturday or Sunday services but when I talked with a Precision rep on the phone there is a $90.00 charge for those days. Jonathan was right on time and did a fantastic job. He was very professional and explained everything he was doing and gave reasons why for items he recommended. The repair was done very quickly. I would recommend to anyone in need of garage door repairs.
