We had a very good experience with your company today from the lady we spoke with to make the appt to the technician who came to fix the door. We were given a 10am appt--Mitchell, the technician, called to let me know he was on the way and he arrived at 10am. Precision did an outstanding job installing garage door motors and new rollers at a reasonable cost. The technician was very professional during the entire installation. He answered all questions and provided helpful information about the operation of the new openers and keypad. I would recommend them if anyone needs work done on their overhead garage doors. This company is truly the best!

From initial phone call to fully functioning garage door in less than 2 hours. Really appreciate Mitchel calling to let me know he was on his way and he arrived within minutes of his estimated eta. I opted for the full upgrade package which is quite an improvement over the cheapest option installed by the builder some 12 years ago. I really can't comment on the cost as each homeowner needs to decide which is best for their particular situation. As for quality of service and professionalism of the technician who performed the work, I can give them my unqualified recommendation.

I called at 4:15 with a broken spring. I was given an appointment time of between 6 and 8pm. The tech, Mitchell M., called me at 5:30 and asked if he could stop by early. He showed up about 5:45. He inspected the door, gave me recommendations and quoted me a reasonable price. He started work and was gone by 6:10 after installing dual springs. I am very pleased with the prompt, thorough and professional service provided by Mitchell.

Same day service got our attention. T.J. arrived on time after contacting me to give an ETA. Rate a 5 if the work continues to hold as well as it is now. Garage door broken spring was the reason for the call. T.J. honorably offered options after assessing condition of components. Not a preference to give out my email anymore. We prefer documentation on paper rather than via email.
