TJCooley came to 2501 Reabok Circle 35803 for a service call and He WAS FABULOUS!!! Just found his card and as my father is dying, it is such a help that we finally got that door working after 10 years of it not working and people telling my dad the whole garage face and support needed reworking. I am cleaning, preparing to put my mom into my home, and I will be able to sell or rent theirs with a working door now, what a blessing!!!! Thank you again!!!

I called this morning a little after 8 to schedule an appointment. There was a 10-12pm slot available. TJ called around 9 and said he'd finished his other appointment early and said he could come then. He got there and finished the job, replacing my circuit board within 20 mins and was gone. I'm satisfied with the service and would recommend this company to others.

This morning as I left for work and tried to remotely close my garage door, it would not close down or go further up. I had to come to work!!!! I'm a single woman it had to close before nightfall!!!! I tried Home Depot, they had nothing available today. Then I tried another company, they couldn't help me, even when I begged, until later tomorrow morning. I was dismayed to say the very least. I was surfing for repair services and found Precision. I will NEVER use anyone else but Precision. My rep was Mitchell Meals he was kind, courteous, a step ahead of all my concerns and questions he was PERFECT!!!! Thank you again.

The Technician arrived right on time. Removed the broken spring and then spent time inspecting the mounting rod taking note of it's condition. Using a grinder "dressed" up the imperfections that were found and mounted the new springs, adjusted the tension and was gone in 35 to 40 min--Very happy with the service and price. Would give "6 stars" if it was a choice

We had a spring break on our garage door, and I called the next morning to schedule an appointment. The technician arrived later that evening on schedule, replaced both springs, reattached some of the bracing to the ceiling, and was in and out in about an hour. Cost was around $200, including the two springs. Garage works and sounds great now. Very satisfied customer!
