TJ and his trainee came out to fix my motorized gate. TJ diagnosed the problem, ordered the circuit board, and installed the delivered parts. Later, when the gate stopped working, TJ came out to check. He was quite responsive and professional. I had an electrical issue which has now been repaired. i'll be monitoring the gate as now all has been fixed. And i'll reach out to TJ if needed. Definitely would use again and recommend to others!

We called Precision this morning to fix our garage door. As it turned out they were finishing a job near by and were on site in 20 minutes. They repaired the door in a quick professional manner and gave us a 5 year warrantee for the parts and work. Jonathon was the technician and was nice, courteous and very professional. We highly recommend Precision and their work!! 5 STAR!

Mike Nelson not only gave us an estimate to fix one of our two garage doors, but installed a new motor, keypad (which I love), and showed us how everything worked. Then he was off to his next appointment. Great Job Mike!

Having a garage door break down was frustrating but having it happen late at night doubled the frustration. We googled "garage door repair" and your website came up. As impressive as your website might be, what caught our attention was the ratings and comments of people who have used your services. After reviewing the comments, we felt there was no reason to look elsewhere. The call to your office began a pleasant and truly satisfying experience. Our personal thanks to Jonathan Collins and Tyler Kelly for their outstanding work not only in repairing the door but in the professional manner with which they accomplished the task. Thanks Precision!

Mitchell and his partner rate a 5-star evaluation! I had hoped that I would not need a brand new garage door. Mitchell immediately recognized the problem, repaired it, and even changed the garage-door light that had been out for months. In the actual service performed, I'm not sure of how to classify the specific problem and the necessary products purchased that were necessary to fix and prevent future problems. In Christ, Sandra Mullinix

We had lightning hot our home and shorting out numerous electrical items. One of them our garage door opener. A few months later we had the opener make an unusual humming noise so I called Precision. Austin came out to check he was very timely and professional. He troubleshooter the issue and replaced the faulty part. Simple quick and easy. Would definitely recommend Precision anytime.

I am new to the Huntsville area and my experience with independent and small contractors has been regrettable. Seeing Precision vans in my area that were well maintained gave me the confidence that I would be working with reliable professionals. After the installation, the owner personally called me to follow up on service. That is as good as it gets in my book. Color me very pleased.
