Excellent service. The technician explained what he was doing and showed me what to look for to prevent future problems. The technician called ahead of time and arrived exactly when he said he would. I called Precision, and in less than 2hours Mitchell and Carl were at my house. They inspected, fixed a circuit board, performed services and maintenance, reconnected my outdoor keypad, two new remotes and new internal button pads all in just over an hour. I already had recorded Precision as a place I thought was good, because of the great experience we had when they installed our door. This time, the door was broken because some critter had chewed through the wiring. I thought I could fix it, but my repair didn't work. Precision scheduled a convenient time with me (courteous over the phone and wanted to do what I needed) and TJ called to tell me the exact time and was right on time. He was courteous, repaired it quickly, and listed it as warranty work and didn't charge. I definitely recommend Precision!

OUTSTANDING !!! in every respect. Our spring broke the morning we were to leave on a road trip. The young lady in the office called the installers that could get to us the quickest, all were on other jobs. Johnathon was able to get to us in a few hours and that was including a long drive from a Boaz job site. His work was fast and TOTALLY PROFESSIONAL. 5 stars plus !!!

He was very knowledgeable and checked the details to ensure the job was planned accurately. On July 13, 2017, Mitchell Meals, assisted by T.J.Cooley installed the new door. The spring for my garage door broke over the weekend. Late Sunday afternoon I called them up, and first they actually connected me to a real person who offered up a technician to come out the same day, but I opted for an appointment early the following day. One of the technicians (Jonathan) came out (called while he was on his way to give a heads up) and replaced my springs in under 30 minutes. I was very pleased with each aspect of the service.

Gentleman came out at approximately 5:00 PM. Discovered the sprocket was worn our that lifted the garage door. Also discovered the garage door only had one spring. He discussed with me that this door should have two springs. Replaced springs and rollers. The door had not been this quiet since I have owned the house. Very pleased customer. The tech was also very nice and very personable.
