I called at 4:15 with a broken spring. I was given an appointment time of between 6 and 8pm. The tech, Mitchell M., called me at 5:30 and asked if he could stop by early. He showed up about 5:45. He inspected the door, gave me recommendations and quoted me a reasonable price. He started work and was gone by 6:10 after installing dual springs. I am very pleased with the prompt, thorough and professional service provided by Mitchell.

Same day service got our attention. T.J. arrived on time after contacting me to give an ETA. Rate a 5 if the work continues to hold as well as it is now. Garage door broken spring was the reason for the call. T.J. honorably offered options after assessing condition of components. Not a preference to give out my email anymore. We prefer documentation on paper rather than via email.

When we bought our house we were given another company as a contact for service. I was not impressed with their service. When the need for further service arose I did some research and discover that your company had an excellent reputation for both products and service. A great combination in my book. I called and made an appointment, it was confirmed and I loved being able to see who the technician was in advance of his arrival. He arrived on time and was prepared. The job was larger than we thought and a new door was required. He walked me through the process and showed me why the replacement was necessary. He came back to do the install, was on time as promised and completed the work without a hitch. The door looks and functions great. I would highly recommend both TJ as the Technician and the company for outstanding service. Fantastic customer service and work while on the job!

Service date: 7/17/2016 The technician, TJ, called ahead to request that he be allowed to come earlier than scheduled to which I happily agreed. The technician was prompt and professional. He was able to quickly identify the problem (broken spring) and provide me with multiple alternatives to resolve the problem. TJ had my garage door in good working order in under thirty minutes.

I chose Precision from the rating on Home Advisor. I was notified within minutes, and Mitchell the repairman was at my house within an hour. He did an outstanding job in replacing the broken spring with a two spring system and replaced the rollers. I cannot even hear the door raise or lower anymore, which is great. I really appreciate the service in such little time. I would recommend for your garage needs to contact Precision. If the rest of the employees are like Mitchell, then they must be skilled, dependable, and take pride in their work. I give Precision a 5 star rating. TJCooley came to 2501 Reabok Circle 35803 for a service call and He WAS FABULOUS!!! Just found his card and as my father is dying, it is such a help that we finally got that door working after 10 years of it not working and people telling my dad the whole garage face and support needed reworking. I am cleaning, preparing to put my mom into my home, and I will be able to sell or rent theirs with a working door now, what a blessing!!!! Thank you again!!!

I called this morning a little after 8 to schedule an appointment. There was a 10-12pm slot available. TJ called around 9 and said he'd finished his other appointment early and said he could come then. He got there and finished the job, replacing my circuit board within 20 mins and was gone. I'm satisfied with the service and would recommend this company to others.

This morning as I left for work and tried to remotely close my garage door, it would not close down or go further up. I had to come to work!!!! I'm a single woman it had to close before nightfall!!!! I tried Home Depot, they had nothing available today. Then I tried another company, they couldn't help me, even when I begged, until later tomorrow morning. I was dismayed to say the very least. I was surfing for repair services and found Precision. I will NEVER use anyone else but Precision.
