I called Precision at 6:30 on a Wed. night. and they had someone at my house by 8 a.m. the next morning . My garage door was repaired within an hour of the Technician's assessment of my problem!! This company provides a Quick response and Great service! I would definitely use them again for garage door services..

Being inside the garage with a broken spring on the door when you are older than dirt and unable to only lift 10 pounds or less is alarming; our service for repair was fast and handled efficiently.

They replaced two door springs and two rollers with parts on hand and left our driveway before 10:00 am. Very quick and professional response to my broken torsion spring dilemma. I opted to have two new springs installed along with new drums, end bearing plates and rollers. The door is quieter than its ever been. My only reservation has to do with the billing. The replacement parts are itemized but have no price. Hence, there is no way to discern the cost of parts versus labor.

We called late on Friday afternoon, and surprisingly, was given a "next day" appointment. Service Tech, Jonathan called before arrival, and arrived on time. He was knowledgeable and made our garage door adjustments quickly. He also pointed out a problem with our garage door gasket, caused by another contractor.
