Confirmation received via email with information on tech. Tech called and was able to come a little earlier than scheduled. He accessed door, quickly gave me options, then performed repair within 30 minutes. He was friendly and answered all my questions. I was pleased with the entire process. Five stars.

Jonathan came out promptly to give me an estimate on replacing my old garage door opener. He offered me three options, and then when we agreed on one surprised me by telling me he would do the installation right then and there. He had all the required parts on his truck. No scheduling and waiting weeks later. He did a great job of installing and explaining to me how it works. He clearly knows his job, highly recommend.

Chose Precision because of the web site and the information provided. I did notice on the web site it says there is no charge for Saturday or Sunday services but when I talked with a Precision rep on the phone there is a $90.00 charge for those days. Jonathan was right on time and did a fantastic job. He was very professional and explained everything he was doing and gave reasons why for items he recommended. The repair was done very quickly. I would recommend to anyone in need of garage door repairs.
