Wonderful experience...Office staff took my call quickly and courteously with a same day appointment. The tech called and ask if he could come early and showed up exactly as he said. He was very knowledgeable and courteous and completed the work in less than 1 hour. I just wish all companies did business the way you all do. :)

From the initial contact with Heather to the resolution of the garage door problem by Mitchell the service was friendly, efficient,and professional. I called Precision, and in less than 2hours Mitchell and Carl were at my house. They inspected, fixed a circuit board, performed services and maintenance, reconnected my outdoor keypad, two new remotes and new internal button pads all in just over an hour. He was very knowledgeable and checked the details to ensure the job was planned accurately. On July 13, 2017, Mitchell Meals, assisted by T.J.Cooley installed the new door. Tech saw the problem right away. A broken spring. He recommended for a little more money I have the rollers and bearings replaced, too. I'm glad I did!
