My technician was able to quickly identify and solve the two problems affecting the operation of my opener. I had a loose cable twisted around a pulley. All four of the pulley bearing races, as well as the door section hinges needed lubrication. I had only been lubricating the rails. I felt the price charged was reasonable and well worth paying, since the technician gave me valuable advice.

After continuing problems with a very old garage door system, I decided to replace the door. Because of HOA requirements, a special garage door had to be ordered. The estimator worked with me to provide the needed documents to be approved. Slight glitch when the wrong door was delivered but the order was redone with no loss to me but time. Just before my scheduled installation, a lightning strike destroyed my garage door opener. Technician arrived promptly to confirm my suspicions and I ended up adding an opener to the order. Throughout the multistage process, everyone arrived when they promised, giving prompt and courteous service. Installation included setting up my remotes, installing the external keypad, and providing all documents. Invoices and receipts were promptly emailed so I have a complete record of everything. I am very pleased with Precision and would recommend them without reservation.
