The bad news is that the spring on my garage door opener broke. The good news is that I contacted Precision Garage Door Service. I was very impressed with the organization and their service. I contacted them around 8:30am and the service rep was at my door at 10:00am. Speaking of the service rep, I cannot say enough good things about Justin C. He was professional, courteous, a hard worker, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I could not have asked for any better support and would highly recommend Precision and, especially, Justin C. for garage door repairs.

The Technician, Hunter, was very professional. He offered three different options after evaluating the garage door and based on what was needed. It only took him about an hour to replace my old broken door opener with a new and modern opener that has great features. I will definitely be a repeat customer in the spring when I will have some of the door hardware replaced and serviced.
