We had an excellent experience with Jacob. I was able to have my garage door repaired the day after I called. Jacob showed up on-time and was professional and courteous throughout the process. He provided options for repair and although certainly not cheap, I did feel the price charged was fair and probably comparable to what others would have charged. I won't hesitate to use Precision Garage Door again if needed.

Justin did a great job assessing what we needed on the garage door and motor, provided a number of options which he explained very well, and finished the job that same morning. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The communication with the company was timely and efficient through email and text. The pricing was also reasonable to replace the circuit board and do maintenance on our larger garage door including installing a double spring to replace a single spring. Justin also helped with our key pad, remotes, and car remotes to make sure they all worked.

I used Precision Door in Charlotte, NC at my last home. As soon as my new garage door (here in Madison, AL) gave me a problem, I knew exactly who to call. Precision has always been very thorough in explaining the problems, and in discussing the various cost options for fixing or replacing the door and/or motor. Hunter Phillips was my technician today, and he was excellent. I wasn't ready to replace my door yet, but I have the options for when I do, and I will definitely call Precision at that time.
