Your technician was knowledgeable and efficient, My only issue was your price. The bill was $502, but I had a coupon for $100 off. I paid $402 for your technician to replace three sets of bearings and set the tension on the torsion spring. Parts may have been $50, which means I paid $352 for less than one hour of his time. That said, he did a great job.

Technician arrived ahead of schedule, on a Saturday, $200+ extra, but well worth it when your only source of transportation is held captive behind a closed garage door with a broken lift spring. He assessed the repairs necessary and got to work with little fanfare. The job, involving mostly rebuilding the lift mechanism on my door, was completed at warp speed, and guaranteed for LIFE! On top of all those accolades, he was pleasant to be around. You have a garage door problem, choose Precision.
