I was very impressed with the individual that came. He called in advance and was within the time frame I was given. He even got on the cell phone with my son to explain the options. I am 84 years old and do not know anything about door repair. My son helped me decide. The individual was very patient on the phone with my son and explained 3 or 4 options and the price. I thought Precision had installed the door originally but he found a sticker that said Wilson. They had not done a good job. Thank you for sending such a nice person and fixing my door this morning. The repairman came when he promised, was nice, pleasant. I watched, ask questions. He answered, worked hard, didn't dilly dally. He smiled! I appreciated his good work. Thank you. Not being able to open or close a heavy 2 car garage door is not something that can be left undone.

I would like to say very professional and the customer service was excellent the technician gaves different options but it wasn't pushy on a sale. they called ahead to notify there where late . Send us a picture of the technician which its very nice to know who im letting in the house. Will recommend again and again .

Your technician was knowledgeable and efficient, My only issue was your price. The bill was $502, but I had a coupon for $100 off. I paid $402 for your technician to replace three sets of bearings and set the tension on the torsion spring. Parts may have been $50, which means I paid $352 for less than one hour of his time. That said, he did a great job.

Technician arrived ahead of schedule, on a Saturday, $200+ extra, but well worth it when your only source of transportation is held captive behind a closed garage door with a broken lift spring. He assessed the repairs necessary and got to work with little fanfare. The job, involving mostly rebuilding the lift mechanism on my door, was completed at warp speed, and guaranteed for LIFE! On top of all those accolades, he was pleasant to be around. You have a garage door problem, choose Precision.
