Notified me that they were on the way in the selected time period (actually a little early due to a cancellation), did an through inspection, gave me the options and explained everything in detail and cost for each option. I chose the preferred option and work was done in short time. Great job by the installer as he explained each step, double checked all parts and lubricated all necessary bearings and joints. Lastly he said to call if I had any problems or questions.

Brent was an efficient technician. He was able to problem solve within minutes of arriving. A groundhog had gotten “trapped” in the garage all night and chewed wires to the sensors. Brent found the problem and fixed the sensor wires within minutes. I highly recommend this young man at Precision Garage Door. Very kind

I called Wednesday and hour before closing needing service on my garage door asap. Braxton was at my home by 8:35 the next morning. He expertly aligned my door, made sure the side cables were in place and re-tensioned the big spring so that the door worked smoothly with only little effort. I was having a problem with our garage remotes so I called on Friday and was told someone could come out the next day. Hunter arrived earlier than scheduled which was good. Very polite listen to what I said was going on and proceeded to quickly resolve the problem. Then checked to make sure that all remotes but inside and the outside keypad were working properly. We discussed replacement costs if I decided to upgrade my units. No Pressure! Very Professional James

Brent came to repair my single garage door that would not go up or down. Could not replace the board in the motor because unit was very old and board no longer available. Agreed to a new motor system. I also had a detached garage that I could open manually. Asked if he could install a unit for that garage. Brent was very happy to do so. He spent more than 5 hours installing both units. He worked very hard and made sure everything was working properly. Only minor issue was he was not able to help me install the app on my tablet. The app required getting on a ladder which Brent try to do but the app was not wanting to cooperate. We gave up. Will call Liftmaster for help. Brent was awesome!!!!!
