it was recommended by a google search came around 710pm and i was thankful same day service quick work you could tell he was very good at his job good attitude very positive person. recommended options and did what i asked. any problems just let them know you can't ask for better than that i was pleased.

My remote wouldn't work. They said it was my battery after connecting their remote and cycling door. Changed battery out and it worked afterwards. They did not charge me anything for this service, let me keep the battery and showed me how to swap it out when it dies next time. Will call them again next time something breaks. (which it will. it's a 35 year old garage door).

Precision should make it clear before agreeing to any remodel job that they will not make any modification to existing door frame necessary for installation. It should be made clear to the customer that there will be additional cost to install the door.

Outstanding job by Hunter. He had our issue diagnosed in about 5 minutes and was able to repair it quickly. He also checked our other garage door opener and found the same problem was about to happen. Repaired both garage door openers in less than an hour and did some preventive maintenance on the doors as part of the service call. These guys/gals are awesome. Making my appt was super easy, although I tried online and it would not work for me; I called the next morning and got it set up without any problem. My service tech guy named Stephen Reliford was awesome at explaining the work that needed done and the timely manner that it was performed in. He was also friendly and polite. This was the first time that I have used their service and I must say that I was very impressed. They gave me a precise date and time when they would be able to come out and work on my garage door which I was happy and relieved about after waiting for weeks with my previous garage door company dragging me along for weeks constantly telling me they would be there (NOT) and then actually telling me to find service elsewhere for my garage door issues.
