Justin Collier was the technician who arrived at my home to repair my garage door. I thought it would take two technicians. Justin took a look at the garage door and then went to work. Justin was very professional and very polite. After repairing the garage door. Justin made a few adjustments. Justin also had a few recommendations for future purposes. My garage door works great and it is very quiet. If all of the technicians take pride in their work like Justin, Precision Door Service is the company to call regarding door service. Bottom line, Outstanding service and Outstanding people.

I called to schedule for someone to come take a look at our garage doors that were not working properly. They were able to schedule me as a same day appointment, showed up within the time frame promised, promptly addressed the issue, gave me several different options to fix the issue that were explained in very simple to understand terms, and efficiently fixed the problem. Justin arrived at time expected. He inspected my door and put together a price to fix all problems with my door. The original problem was broken door spring. I gave the go ahead to repair all problems. He basically replaced all moving parts and a double spring. In turn I received a lifetime warranty. Justin was very professional and checked all lubricated as needed. Great experience! Great employee!
