Precision came out in a response to expedited request - garage door was broke with both cars inside. The repair was diagnosed, including other parts wear/tear, problem fixed expediently. In addition; Precision provided maintenance to the other door! Great service.

Brent came to repair my single garage door that would not go up or down. Could not replace the board in the motor because unit was very old and board no longer available. Agreed to a new motor system. I also had a detached garage that I could open manually. Asked if he could install a unit for that garage. Brent was very happy to do so. He spent more than 5 hours installing both units. He worked very hard and made sure everything was working properly. Only minor issue was he was not able to help me install the app on my tablet. The app required getting on a ladder which Brent try to do but the app was not wanting to cooperate. We gave up. Will call Liftmaster for help. Brent was awesome!!!!!

Technician was on time, knowledgeable, and polite. He plainly presented us with options available for repair, and potentially upgrading our door system. The repair work was what I would consider pretty involved, but he was able to make all repairs within about 30 minutes. I was extremely satisfied.

Super simple and easy appointment was made after my 20 year old garage opener gave out. Braxton and Hunter arrived right on time and got me fixed up with a new opener, spring, cables, rollers, bearings, and other hardware for a reasonable price on the spot in the same day in under 90 minutes! Definitely recommend for any garage door needs! Super professional, honest, informative, and did a great diagnosis with no-pressure installation! Highly recommended!

Brent was very professional and presented himself well. He did leave automatic when he arrived at my house and I wasn’t there. He arrived a few minutes before I got there and was patient enough to let me put my dogs outside, even though he had already had to wait a few minutes for me to get there. Fast service at a reasonable price. The tech was very friendly and knowledgeable and completed the spring replacement in less than 45 minutes from the time he arrived to the time he was pulling out of the driveway. Can't beat that.
