I was really impressed with Precision Door Service. I had initially reached out to another garage door company to fix my garage door, but unfortunately, they never returned my phone call. My wife and I have a rule that if a vendor doesn't respond within a day, it's time to explore other options. So, I decided to give Precision Door Service a call at 10:10 in the morning. From the moment I spoke with them, I was pleasantly surprised. They were not only courteous but also efficient. They scheduled an appointment for me right away, and what amazed me even more was that their technician called me back within just 5 minutes! In no time, the technician was knocking on my door, arriving within just 30 minutes of my initial call. He quickly performed their standard 26-point photo checklist on my garage door, provided me with a fair price, and completed the necessary repairs, all within a mere fifteen minutes. Their business model is truly exceptional, combining top-notch quality, outstanding service, and competitive pricing. The equipment they installed was above my expectations in quality. And the price was in the range I anticipated. My entire experience with this company has been wonderful. Our old, heavy wooden garage doors have needed to be replaced for the last few years. The spring system finally broke causing us to move forward with a full replacement. WOW! We have been so impressed with the new system. Before you could hear and feel the vibrations of the old doors opening inside the house. Our new ones are so quiet that our 3 dogs don't even hear us arrive until we are walking in the door of the house. The motion activated lights are a huge safety feature and the security cameras are an additional safety bonus. We no longer turn on our mounted garage light because as soon as we step into the garage the opener lights turn on encasing our entire garage in bright light before we even press a button on either opener. Braxton was our main technician assisted by Chase and Justin. All 3 were extremely professional, positive, punctual and thorough in their explanation of all the features and functions of our new doors and openers. The office staff as well has been pleasant to work with at every phone conversation we have had. I highly recommend this company for their personal attention to detail and their professional responsibility in their work. I also recommend you request Braxton for your repair or install needs. I truly believe he treated this work as thoroughly as he would have if he was doing the work on his own house.

We've used Precision Door Service since buying our home in 2016...for service...for routine maintenance, and in May, to replace the springs. Hunter Wallen did a fabulous job...what a great technician. At that time we made a decision to order a new door. It arrived and today, Braxton Strawder completed the removal of the old door and installation of the new...and I gotta say...WOWOWOW on all accounts, on account of the timely and professional job he did. That the final thing he did was wipe the door down inside and out for any smudges, fingerprints, lubricant...etc. Very nice. Both Hunter and Braxton called ahead, let me know they were on their way (at the appointed time) and both were in and out lickety split. One thing I have to say...since the springs that Hunter installed were top of the line and way better than the ones that came with the door, we decided to keep the ones we had and received a price reduction for them on our final billing. I would not have known...but Braxton did, and really did me right. That's integrity. The black iron hardware (ornamental on the outside) will be installed in a week or so, and I look forward to seeing Hunter again. Hunter AND Braxton are 5-STAR men. They do the job right and with integrity.

The quality of materials and workmanship are second to none. You pay for what you get and it was high, but worth it for the expected long term. The staff is very courteous and professional.
