I was referred by a friend who had a good experience. While we spent more than we anticipated, our tech was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to repair on the spot. We were very pleased with the service. The feature of sending a message with a picture of the tech coming to your home with information about him is a wonderful bonus. It also creates a safety net. These guys are great! Precision provided me with the best customer service and professional experience that I have encountered in years. They sent me texts leading up to the appointment to let me know who my technician would be and when he would arrive. The technician (Adam) was on time, professional, efficient, and courteous. He took the time to show me where the problem was and had it fixed within 15 minutes. The price was very reasonable - even a little less than I had expected. I received a follow-up text from the owners after the appointment checking to see if l was satisfied and thanking me for my business. I would absolutely recommend this company and this technician to my friends and family. I will use them for any garage door needs I have in the future.

Happy with the result. Replacement aluminum retainer and bottom seal was installed on bottom of garage door.
