The first thing that impressed me was the person I talked with yesterday; she was clear and honest in answering all my questions, and set up an appointment for me today. The technician/installer (Mitchell) arrived about two hours early, which was impressive as well. He diagnosed the problem as a failed controller board, and was able to find a replacement via his tablet. As the cost of the board was 60% of that of replacing the entire assembly, I opted for the latter; it was an unexpected expense, but with an opener that was more than 23 years old, the first failure is a sign that other failures may happen sooner than later. And the warranties (lifetime on important things and one year at no additional cost on the rest) sort of made the deal for me. This was a good experience which I will be happy to tell others about. Blessings to all of you.

Adam explained everything to me, including the installation. I didn’t realize the garage door I have now is from 1998. I told Adam I want a white garage doors with windows. He recommended a new motor and explained why. I agreed!! He provided an estimate that is very reasonable. I said YES! Looking forward to having a new garage door installed. Roll Tide Roll.
