Worn out rollers and 2 cracked hinges replaced as advertised. I called at 8 am and Austin showed up and completed repairs by noon. He even re-programmed my outside keypad that I haven't been able to use since I purchased the house. The door works like new and is way quieter than it was with the old metal rollers! Thanks!

As long as these guys are in business I won't be using anyone else for my garage door needs. I have used them twice and they always respond sooner than expected. Impressions begin whten the phone is answered and enough can’t be said for Alena (hope this spelling is correct) and her reaction to our call at 8:30am. Our garage door was broken (off the track) and both cars were inside. After checking our location and where the technicians were assigned, she told us they could have Carl out between 11am and 1pm. Carl called at 10:18 to let us know he was on his way from Huntsville and his approximate arrival time. Shortly after his call we received a text message confirming this information along with Carl’s picture, a bit about him and the office number in case we had any questions. That’s great follow-up! Carl arrived on time and handled the repair quicker than we could have imagined. The charge for all this professional service was very reasonable. Other companies might have taken advantage delivering what we considered “emergency” services. We know it takes more than just these two star performers to run a business in this fashion, it takes a team. THANK YOU Precision!

Carl was prompt and friendly. We could not get the door to make the sound that caused me to call for repair. While he was there, Carl inspected the door and wrote up an estimate for a new set of springs. We will have these installed soon.

He advised the current drive train was in good shape, and the outstanding features of the replacement units. I elected to repair unit by replacing circuit board. Technician replaced board and reprogramed all remotes. Very professional service, will call them again.
