Extremely impressed and satisfied! The spring for our opener broke a few weeks ago and my husband attempted to fix it a couple of times himself but just could not get it to work. I called this morning and was told Austin would be out between 4 and 6. I was shocked when he called at 10 and said he was running ahead of schedule and could be here in 15 minutes! He assessed the door and knew right away what the issue was. He replaced the original spring and had it working again within an hour. Thank you so, so much!! I will definitely call them again if we need help in the future and highly recommend them!! Awesome service and extremely reasonable! Thank you again!

TJ arrived well within the appointment time range, changed out the culprit button on my garage wall, changed the batteries in both remotes AND helped me program my new truck's overhead opener button (at no charge). I think he might have even greased the roller guides without me noticing because the door is much quieter now. I would definitely call these guys again when I need them. My garage door made noises like it was about to fall apart. I had seen a coupon in a recent book and decided to give them a call instead of whom I had called in the past. The people I called in the past obviously did not need my business by the way they acted. I called Precision they came out right away. The two guys sent a text before they arrived and when they arrived they looked over the garage door gave it a spray of a different kind of Lubricate then I was using. The only thing that I had not sprayed on my door He sprayed and the noise was gone. The guy said that he would not feel good about charging me for that and so he did not. Now that’s good business. I’ve been thinking about replacing my garage door and I talked to him about it he left me some information and it may be a while but Precision will be installing my new door . I recommend them highly to anyone who wants a fair deal and a good job.
