Great service. Mitchel Meals was great! On time, highly professional, courteous and efficient. He and his partner removed an old broken garage door, installed a new one, cleaned everything up and went over the warranty information all within an hour and a half. Don't know how it could have been better.

You never know what you are truly going to get, when you don’t know anyone and must rely on accurate reviews online. I read all reviews. The loyal fans and customers of Precision Garage Door of Huntsville were spot on in their praise of this company. The receptionist who handled my call, could not have been nicer and gave thorough information of what I could expect. Carl Holme, technician for Precision Garage Door of Huntsville, called me before my appointment, letting me know he finished up early on his current appointment – would I like him to come early? HECK YEAH!! And so, he did, and what a delightful man! He was professional and courteous, spoke to me in English…terms I could understand and while the repair work he performed on my garage door was minor, he assessed the current condition of our garage door and made a few recommendations for down the road…and they made perfect sense. He left a great impression on me, as someone who takes pride in their work, the company he represents and how he relates to people in general – what a great attitude! I called Precision Doors on a Sunday afternoon, since they were open, and they were able to help repair my garage door the next day. They called before they arrived, and when they did arrive, they were on time and very professional. After continuing problems with a very old garage door system, I decided to replace the door. Because of HOA requirements, a special garage door had to be ordered. The estimator worked with me to provide the needed documents to be approved. Slight glitch when the wrong door was delivered but the order was redone with no loss to me but time. Just before my scheduled installation, a lightning strike destroyed my garage door opener. Technician arrived promptly to confirm my suspicions and I ended up adding an opener to the order. Throughout the multistage process, everyone arrived when they promised, giving prompt and courteous service. Installation included setting up my remotes, installing the external keypad, and providing all documents. Invoices and receipts were promptly emailed so I have a complete record of everything. I am very pleased with Precision and would recommend them without reservation.

Garage door spring broke this morning locking one of our cars inside. We called and TJ was assigned to come at 4:00. He was working ahead of scheduled and called to see if we'd be there. He made the necessary repairs in about 45 minutes to an hour. Very knowledgeable and pleasant. I would highly recommend Precision.
