Tech saw the problem right away. A broken spring. He recommended for a little more money I have the rollers and bearings replaced, too. I'm glad I did! I've lived here for 4 years and the garage door never worked so well. No more jerky, jumpy motion. Nice smooth opening and closing. Thanks Precision Door.

I was very impressed with the customer service I received. I feel they were very responsive to our needs and we really appreciated how quickly they came out to fix our garage door. The technician was friendly and even came out on a Sunday night to help us out. I also like that after you make an appt, they send a follow up email with the date and a picture of who will be coming so you know what they'll look like. They seem to really care about you as a customer and keeping you happy.

My garage door opener wasn't opening the door so I called Precision. The technician was very professional and got it fixed very quickly. I had previously had a bad experience with another company that had a very rude technician so I was a little wary of calling for repair. However, I had a great experience with Precision. The technician was very polite as well as knowing his stuff. I would definitely recommend Precision and will use them again if needed.
