Precision's Technician Jonathan Collins repaired our garaged door in approximately 1 hour after his arrival. He replaced the broken torsion springs and other associated components of the door. The work was accomplished in a very professional and timely manner. I would recommend Precision for any garage door services.

TJ and his trainee came out to fix my motorized gate. TJ diagnosed the problem, ordered the circuit board, and installed the delivered parts. Later, when the gate stopped working, TJ came out to check. He was quite responsive and professional. I had an electrical issue which has now been repaired. i'll be monitoring the gate as now all has been fixed. And i'll reach out to TJ if needed. Definitely would use again and recommend to others!
