The Service Techs (TJ and Tyler) called me to let me know when they would be here and arrived a few minutes ahead which was great. Diagnosed the problem immediately. Fixed the issue and made some key adjustments and offered me a couple of updates to my garage door, etc. I declined but was glad they let me know of some possible issues down the road. Both TJ and Tyler was very knowledgeable and finished the job in approx 30 minutes. Great service and very friendly. Would certainly use Precision Garage Door again and I will tell others as well. Excellent job TJ and Tyler!!

My technician’s name was Austin, he was very polite, knowledgeable and on time. He looked at my door figured what it would take to fix it and then gave me the pros and cons of fixing it or replacing it with anew door and new hardware. The best choice was to go with all new due to the age of the door and other equipment that would not be replaced if he just fixed the problems. I was very pleased with his work. He got the door shut and secured until the install crew can get my new door installed.

showed up a few minutes early, which was great and unexpected. My experience with a lot of companies has been they are never on time and almost at least 30 minutes late. Went to work, worked heartily, industriously, well mannered. Communicated to me what he was doing, enjoyed a little friendly small talk, weather, family. Showed he knew what to do and was doing it. Explained to me new openers (I'm mechanically) challenged. I would hire this particular workman to work for me again. Very kind, understanding. Cleaned up thoroughly. Our Garage door decided it had had enough last week and quit. A technician with precision door was at my house within hours of my call. After a look around he spotted the problem and fortunately had the parts he needed right there on his truck. As he was leaving, I opened the other garage door and yep, It too was exhibiting symptoms of metal stress and wear from age and an improper initial installment. Mike, the Tech had those parts too ! Big improvement with little cost , down time and stress on my part. Mike the technician was wonderful. He's an honest, hardworking ,good guy, that didn't try to upsell me stuff I didn't need and fixed both doors correctly. What a relief.

Wonderful experience...Office staff took my call quickly and courteously with a same day appointment. The tech called and ask if he could come early and showed up exactly as he said.
