Called and showed up early, as I had hoped. Mitchell Meals was on top of the issue right away. He answered all my questions and made recommendations for improvements. In a little over 30 minutes, he had replaced the single torsion spring with dual springs, at my request. Very professional. He showed me how it was balanced and all is well.

I knew about your business from an ad in the Coupon Express booklet that comes in the mail. Took a look at your website and found it easy to navigate and the information well-explained. Your technician, Austin, was very knowledgeable, polite and technically proficient. He had my garage door back in service within half an hour, and I'm very happy with the work that he did.

I have been a Precision Door customer for several years now. I always request TJ Cooley because he is simply put …"THE MAN". I had TJ install and Internet Gateway on my LiftMaster. I can now open, close, get status and notifications on my Garage Door. If I could give TJ 10 stars I would. The service provided is very professional and reliable. Precision sent me notifications when he was on his way and most important....wait for it.....THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD COME! How refreshing is that! PRECISION DOOR AND TJ ROCKS!

Extremely impressed and satisfied! The spring for our opener broke a few weeks ago and my husband attempted to fix it a couple of times himself but just could not get it to work. I called this morning and was told Austin would be out between 4 and 6. I was shocked when he called at 10 and said he was running ahead of schedule and could be here in 15 minutes! He assessed the door and knew right away what the issue was. He replaced the original spring and had it working again within an hour. Thank you so, so much!! I will definitely call them again if we need help in the future and highly recommend them!! Awesome service and extremely reasonable! Thank you again!
