showed up a few minutes early, which was great and unexpected. My experience with a lot of companies has been they are never on time and almost at least 30 minutes late. Went to work, worked heartily, industriously, well mannered. Communicated to me what he was doing, enjoyed a little friendly small talk, weather, family. Showed he knew what to do and was doing it. Explained to me new openers (I'm mechanically) challenged. I would hire this particular workman to work for me again. Very kind, understanding. Cleaned up thoroughly. Alas, there are workman who know what they are doing, do it with enthusiasm, and friendliness. Thank you Precision

Our Garage door decided it had had enough last week and quit. A technician with precision door was at my house within hours of my call. After a look around he spotted the problem and fortunately had the parts he needed right there on his truck. As he was leaving, I opened the other garage door and yep, It too was exhibiting symptoms of metal stress and wear from age and an improper initial installment. Mike, the Tech had those parts too ! Big improvement with little cost , down time and stress on my part. Mike the technician was wonderful. He's an honest, hardworking ,good guy, that didn't try to upsell me stuff I didn't need and fixed both doors correctly. What a relief.

Precision Technician Austin repaired our garage door, which was completely off the track and pulling away from the wall. He was very thorough and knowledgeable of the mechanics of the door. We called on a Saturday afternoon and he came at 8am on Monday morning to repair it. He repaired the door quickly and with reasonable cost. This is our first time to use Precision and would highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you!

Precision's Technician Jonathan Collins repaired our garaged door in approximately 1 hour after his arrival. He replaced the broken torsion springs and other associated components of the door. The work was accomplished in a very professional and timely manner. I would recommend Precision for any garage door services.

TJ and his trainee came out to fix my motorized gate. TJ diagnosed the problem, ordered the circuit board, and installed the delivered parts. Later, when the gate stopped working, TJ came out to check. He was quite responsive and professional. I had an electrical issue which has now been repaired. i'll be monitoring the gate as now all has been fixed. And i'll reach out to TJ if needed. Definitely would use again and recommend to others!
