I needed some adjustment on the door. The Up/Down adjustments were all buggered up. "I wonder how Note to self" so I called to setup an appointment. Hunter arrived to access the problem 30 minutes later Job Complete. Door works fine GREAT JOB !!!

The technician did a great job! I had 3 dead snakes in my garage, and I wanted a new seal put on my garage door. He also gave me a suggestion (spray foam) that could be used to fill in gaps in wall facings, etc.

Impressions begin whten the phone is answered and enough can’t be said for Alena (hope this spelling is correct) and her reaction to our call at 8:30am. Our garage door was broken (off the track) and both cars were inside. After checking our location and where the technicians were assigned, she told us they could have Carl out between 11am and 1pm. Carl called at 10:18 to let us know he was on his way from Huntsville and his approximate arrival time. Shortly after his call we received a text message confirming this information along with Carl’s picture, a bit about him and the office number in case we had any questions. That’s great follow-up! Carl arrived on time and handled the repair quicker than we could have imagined. The charge for all this professional service was very reasonable. Other companies might have taken advantage delivering what we considered “emergency” services. We know it takes more than just these two star performers to run a business in this fashion, it takes a team. THANK YOU Precision!

He advised the current drive train was in good shape, and the outstanding features of the replacement units. I elected to repair unit by replacing circuit board. Just finished getting our garage door motor repaired by Mitchell with Precision. He was fantastic... Courteous and very professional. Within minutes of listening to my description of the problems we had been experiencing, he was able to quickly check a few things, diagnose the problem (a weak/failing capacitor, which needed to be replaced), and make the proper repairs. Only late in the day, yesterday afternoon, had I found these guys online and made a call to schedule the repair... Less than one day later, and we are all set to go. 5 stars for Mitchell and the Precision crew, for sure!

This was by far the best home service call I have had for anything in a verrrry long time. I had 2 garage door openers replaced and Hunter was fast, meticulous and clean. Hunter explained every feature and add on and didn’t leave until all openers were programmed and every feature tested. And oh, by the way, he called and arrived when agreed to.
