A found a Groupon for Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. It seemed like it would cover the noise mine was making. The technicians were professional, on-time and had great communication before and during their visit. They replaced the rollers and lubed the hinges. I really appreciate Justin telling me how to keep them maintained. He also informed me about a possible issue in the future. He priced it out and gave me the choice to fix it also at this visit. I chose not to, but he was very informative, and I appreciate the heads up.

Precision was very helpful, they were able to fit us in and come out to help put our broken garage door down for the night. I have been doing business with these folks for many years and have found them to be very helpful in solving my needs. They are courteous, always on time, will call if problems show up. Started the process in December 2019 when I special ordered my garage door. The office called me when the door came in; and, called to schedule installation....Excellent! Love my door! The installer was very professional and took time to trouble shoot. Provided instructions and requested return demonstration...Excellent! I recommend them to anyone needing to replace a "dilapidated" door!

Carl Holme was the best technician ever! He was running early and was able to get to my job site about 2 hours early, to my surprise. I was impressed that he called to notify me ahead of time, before arriving, and I received texts throughout the confirmation process. He explained everything in vivid detail, and I know nothing about garage doors. I had purchased my own garage door opener (Chamberlain) and he was able to replace my rollers/wheels, the seal at the bottom and install the new motor within about an hour. he did it perfectly and I love our new garage door. If he is any reflection of this company then they are top notch service! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing their services, this is the best in Madison- highly professional.
