Started the process in December 2019 when I special ordered my garage door. The office called me when the door came in; and, called to schedule installation....Excellent! Love my door! The installer was very professional and took time to trouble shoot. Provided instructions and requested return demonstration...Excellent! I recommend them to anyone needing to replace a "dilapidated" door!

Carl Holme was the best technician ever! He was running early and was able to get to my job site about 2 hours early, to my surprise. I was impressed that he called to notify me ahead of time, before arriving, and I received texts throughout the confirmation process. He explained everything in vivid detail, and I know nothing about garage doors. I had purchased my own garage door opener (Chamberlain) and he was able to replace my rollers/wheels, the seal at the bottom and install the new motor within about an hour. he did it perfectly and I love our new garage door. If he is any reflection of this company then they are top notch service! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing their services, this is the best in Madison- highly professional.

Hunter did a great job. Answered all questions I had. Explained everything. Made sure everything was programmed, up and working before he left. One of our garage door springs broke on New Years Day. It seems that home crises never happen during business hours. I decided to call Precision’s phone number just to get their working hours, so I would know when to call them. Instead they had a live operator on duty on the holiday. She took my information and set up an appointment for the following day. Their technician arrived at the appointed time and had everything fixed in less than an hour. Very pleased with everything about the experience.

Exceptional service! My experience with garage door repairmen and the cost associated with such lnormally leaves me with dread..., but I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with Precision! The service tech was pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable and did an excellent job at a fair price. Precision Door Service has been a delight to work with, from our initial call to the office, to the personal visit from our technician Justin Collier, to the installation of a new garage door and garage door opener. The customer service representatives in the office were consistently helpful and good-natured as we made, adjusted and finalized appointments. Justin Collier did a full survey of the existing garage door and condition of our 55-year-old garage threshold. He explained the various options for doors and door openers. At no time did he recommend any product, but was consistently careful to give us information and answer our many questions. He detailed the upgrades necessary to the physical framing of our home’s garage threshold, including measurements of the materials necessary to bring the door framing itself up to snuff. When he installed the new garage door and door opener, Justin was prompt, thorough, and thoroughly professional. He demonstrated the particular components of our new system and didn’t leave the job site until all was installed and approved. In addition, Justin was mindful to leave the area cleaned, swept and perfectly tidy. Our experience with Precision Door Service has been excellent in every way.

I would highly recommend Precision, without hesitation. Our garage door was broken and they came out the same day (Saturday so it was an emergency appointment) and did the work. I chose Precision because of all the positive reviews and I was not disappointed. The technician who arrived was young and I admit I was skeptical he might not be as experienced. He was actually a little early to our arranged time (but called to make sure that was ok) and the repair estimate was below my expectation. He was then able to make the repairs needed, with parts he had with him, and finished much quicker than I expected. If or when I need this type work again, I will definitely call Precision first.
