We needed an additional pin pad garage opener and two “clicker” car garage door openers. We were able to get a quick appt at our convenience. The technician called when he was in the way. The Technicians were prompt, friendly and courteous. They were very knowledgeable about what they were doing. I especially appreciated receiving the text before they arrived, showing a picture of one of the Technicians. Worn out rollers and 2 cracked hinges replaced as advertised. I called at 8 am and Austin showed up and completed repairs by noon. He even re-programmed my outside keypad that I haven't been able to use since I purchased the house. The door works like new and is way quieter than it was with the old metal rollers! Thanks!

As long as these guys are in business I won't be using anyone else for my garage door needs. I have used them twice and they always respond sooner than expected. They get in, do their job, and get out, always in a time that is less than I expected. Better yet, they do the job right for a fair price. I wish more businesses were run like this.

I chose Precision because of all the positive reviews and I was not disappointed. The technician who arrived was young and I admit I was skeptical he might not be as experienced. He was actually a little early to our arranged time (but called to make sure that was ok) and the repair estimate was below my expectation. He was then able to make the repairs needed, with parts he had with him, and finished much quicker than I expected. If or when I need this type work again, I will definitely call Precision first.
