Excellent visit from the folks at Precision today. Hunter was the technician who came out to assess our garage door issues. First, he arrived a few minutes early, and with me being a retired Military member, that means he was "on time". He took a look at our door and determined what the issue was right away. Instead of pulling the ole "upsale" method of a lot of companies, he determined the best fix was the easiest. Since I know very little about garage doors, he could have easily recommended a new spring, track or motor, but he stayed true to the ethics of business. The visit took less than an hour and he was on his way to the next customer. I will definitely utilize Precision for all of my garage door needs in the future. Give my thanks to Hunter for his professionalism and quick work, he is a true asset to the company.

Would not install spring because he said the door needed to be replaced before he could put his or company’s name on the repair. Had appointment for 2 days . I had to call another company to finish the job.

Great service! I hadn't used Precision before, but selected them based on reviews. Our garage door spring broke and the technician (Hunter Taylor) was able to come out right away. He replaced the spring quickly as well as all the rollers. I did opt for the lifetime replacement as the spring had been replaced 2 times in the past 12 years. Precision uses quality parts. Additionally, I had Taylor fix a few things on the garage door that weren't originally installed correctly and also replace the rollers on our second garage door. Would definitely use Precision again! Taylor was exceptional.

I had a very good experience with Precision. I called and received a next day appointment. The serviceman arrived on the day and at the time promised. He asked me what the issue was and quickly assessed my options. Although I knew with almost 99.9% certainty that I was going to replace the opener I was glad that the serviceman offered a less expensive solution first (replace the circuit board). Once we agreed upon replacement he quickly replaced the unit and gave me a rundown on how things worked. Overall I was very pleased with the service received, professionalism, and believe I received fair and reasonable pricing. I would highly recommend and use Precision again.
