We bought our replacement garage door from Precision Door Service in November 2019. Our door needed a small adjustment to the track in August 2020. The door is still under its one year warranty. Great service!!! From the time I called them for service to the time they finished (leaving my driveway) was less than an hour. There was no long wait to wait for an appointment. The service was quick, the job was done right, I am very pleased the guys working on it (Preston & the guy he was I assume training) were very nice and friendly. They gave me tips and recommendations for maintaining my garage. If my garage breaks again ( I hope not) I will be calling them, and they are reasonably priced!!!

I needed an estimate on a new garage door. The process was very easy. I was sent a time frame to expect the employees to come by. The day before my appointment I was sent a confirmation notice along with a photo to the technician. He arrived Within the allotted time. He and his partner were professional. They wore masks at all times. He explained my options for ordering a new door, and helped me select the one that would best suit my needs. Very satisfied with the process. My new door should be here in 3-4 weeks.
