Great service!!! From the time I called them for service to the time they finished (leaving my driveway) was less than an hour. There was no long wait to wait for an appointment. The service was quick, the job was done right, I am very pleased the guys working on it (Preston & the guy he was I assume training) were very nice and friendly. They gave me tips and recommendations for maintaining my garage. If my garage breaks again ( I hope not) I will be calling them, and they are reasonably priced!!!

I needed an estimate on a new garage door. The process was very easy. I was sent a time frame to expect the employees to come by. The day before my appointment I was sent a confirmation notice along with a photo to the technician. He arrived Within the allotted time. He and his partner were professional. They wore masks at all times. He explained my options for ordering a new door, and helped me select the one that would best suit my needs. Very satisfied with the process. My new door should be here in 3-4 weeks.

Offered emergency service but didn’t use it. Customer service staff was wonderful! Very kind and courteous. Technician as early and had the door fixed in 20 minutes. Very professional and polite. Wore a mask and practiced self distancing! Very impressed with this company!

Our repairman arrived two hours after we called with the problem. Carl was personal and professional, and did an excellent job identifying the problems. He arrived early for the repairs on the next day, and corrected the issues with the door opener and weather stripping.

I got home after work and noticed a self tapping screw on the garage floor. I looked around and found that it came from the garage door. I called at 0700 and the tech was here by 1600. He had everything fixed within an hour. The service technician was very knowledgeable, polite and professional. I would recommend precision to anyone who needs their garage door services. Great job!

I was able to get an appointment quickly. Technician showed up early and was able to detect the issue right at first glance. Provided all the options of correcting the issue and was down fairly quickly. Overall, a great experience and recommend using them going forward.
