I had a repair done today and the garage worked well enough to park my vehicle back into it. Went back out to leave and there is no power to the switch. The technician was very friendly, but to pay over $200 for a repair that literally only worked well enough for me to pull my car in & let the garage back down is beyond frustrating!! I called back & another appointment isn't available until Monday. Not only that, but the agent was unable to confirm if the work would be guaranteed. The power is now loss to the switch and I can't help but to wonder if there is something loose now as this was not an issue before the repair and if there was anything else going on with it, I'd think for sure that a professional should have been able to properly diagnose any issues so that I would have had an opportunity to make a fully conscious decision as to whether investing in today's repair. I will give this a 1 because the technician was very friendly, but I need quality work that is done correctly the first time.

Hunter did a fantastic job on our door. He is very knowledgeable and engaging, and carefully explained all the work to be done, all pricing options, and required maintenance on our part (which is not much anymore since he installed sealed bearings and powder coated springs). Service was prompt, expedient, and pleasant.

We bought our replacement garage door from Precision Door Service in November 2019. Our door needed a small adjustment to the track in August 2020. The door is still under its one year warranty.
