Very quick response (although it wasn't needed); just needed bottom door seals replaced. Called in the morning, seals were replaced that afternoon! Appointment confirmed by text message. Brief bio and picture sent to me of the technician who was on his way. Justin was very personable and professional. He also did a safety inspection and lubrication on both doors as well as recommendations for longer of the doors/system.

These guys are great! Precision provided me with the best customer service and professional experience that I have encountered in years.
