Outstanding job by Hunter. He had our issue diagnosed in about 5 minutes and was able to repair it quickly. He also checked our other garage door opener and found the same problem was about to happen. Repaired both garage door openers in less than an hour and did some preventive maintenance on the doors as part of the service call. I've used Precision Door Service before and I will definitely use them in the future when I need my garage doors serviced or repaired. Highly recommend this company for prompt professional services at a reasonable price.

I called on Sunday evening just to leave a message for the next week but a live person answered the phone and made me an appointment for Tuesday afternoon for between two and four. These guys/gals are awesome. Making my appt was super easy, although I tried online and it would not work for me; I called the next morning and got it set up without any problem. My service tech guy named Stephen Reliford was awesome at explaining the work that needed done and the timely manner that it was performed in. He was also friendly and polite. This was the first time that I have used their service and I must say that I was very impressed. They gave me a precise date and time when they would be able to come out and work on my garage door which I was happy and relieved about after waiting for weeks with my previous garage door company dragging me along for weeks constantly telling me they would be there (NOT) and then actually telling me to find service elsewhere for my garage door issues.
