My remote wouldn't work. They said it was my battery after connecting their remote and cycling door. Changed battery out and it worked afterwards. They did not charge me anything for this service, let me keep the battery and showed me how to swap it out when it dies next time. Will call them again next time something breaks. (which it will. it's a 35 year old garage door).

Appreciate the transparency of your website I followed up with the Better Business Bureau and the reviews. Hunter Taylor was very helpful he was on time and quite knowledgeable about his product. He listened to what I was interested in and produced four different quotes for garage doors I chose the one that suited me best. He was very helpful and considerate.

Precision should make it clear before agreeing to any remodel job that they will not make any modification to existing door frame necessary for installation. It should be made clear to the customer that there will be additional cost to install the door.

I will definitely call Precision for any future needs with my garage door and recommend to all my friends and neighbors. Justin was very professional, prompt, courteous and had my door repaired and back in service in 30 minutes after replacing both springs and cables. Thank you very much!

Fast, polite service people. My garage is good quality and works like a charm. I selected garage door repair but there were only a couple of bolts loose causing the door not to close - so technically not a “repair.” I wish all service people/companies were this good.

Outstanding job by Hunter. He had our issue diagnosed in about 5 minutes and was able to repair it quickly. He also checked our other garage door opener and found the same problem was about to happen. Repaired both garage door openers in less than an hour and did some preventive maintenance on the doors as part of the service call. I've used Precision Door Service before and I will definitely use them in the future when I need my garage doors serviced or repaired. Highly recommend this company for prompt professional services at a reasonable price.

Justin did an awesome job! The five year rebuild turned my door into a new door. It runs smoothly and quietly for the first time in years. His knowledge level was excellent, and even programmed my truck opener. I highly recommend Precision!

I was very impressed with Precision from the minute I called them for service. I called on a Sunday afternoon and had an appointment Tuesday. They sent me text and email reminders including a picture of the technician. When they showed up they were on time, courteous, and explained what was wrong with my door and the options for fixing it. I was very impressed with the service they provided and happy that they had my door working again within the hour.

I called on Sunday evening just to leave a message for the next week but a live person answered the phone and made me an appointment for Tuesday afternoon for between two and four. Mitch was here at two and was completely finished and gone by 3 and our garage door was left better than it ever was with a 5 year warranty.

Company was prompt in responding to my problem. The tech was very professional and gave me 2 options to fix the issue. He explained the 2 in detail and then corrected the problem in a short time. He also checked the other non-problem door and lubricated it and explained what to use and where. Great service.

Service call by Hunter was outstanding. Was having trouble with my garage door opening and closing, but as luck would have it the door started working correctly right after I scheduled an appointment. Asked Hunter to come anyways and do a maintenance check. Hunter was very professional and courteous and efficiently performed a check on my door to ensure proper working order. Really appreciate the quick response to my service call.

Precision technician, Justin Collier, arrived at the scheduled time. He was courteous, and skilled. He explained what needed to be done, gave me a cost, and repaired the garage door correctly. Other companies I called didn't even commit to an appointment. If I or anyone I know needs garage door repair, I'll call or recommend Precision.

These guys/gals are awesome. Making my appt was super easy, although I tried online and it would not work for me; I called the next morning and got it set up without any problem. My service tech guy named Stephen Reliford was awesome at explaining the work that needed done and the timely manner that it was performed in. He was also friendly and polite. Would not hesitate to call again if the need ever should arise. You guys/gals keep up the great work.

This was the first time that I have used their service and I must say that I was very impressed. They gave me a precise date and time when they would be able to come out and work on my garage door which I was happy and relieved about after waiting for weeks with my previous garage door company dragging me along for weeks constantly telling me they would be there (NOT) and then actually telling me to find service elsewhere for my garage door issues. But anyway the technician was very courteous and explained everything to me in a very clear manner. My problem was taken care of in no time at all. Thank you ????
