Adam, Openers work fine but the left garage door still has problems closing. On the house garage door the insulation is showing gaps on both the left and right and can allow snakes and other critters into the garage. The insulation may need to be pulled down or isn't thick enough. Help!

We had a small mishap backing out of our garage this morning. One of the vertical tracks was hit causing it to twist rendering the door unusable. I called precision door at about 10:00am and the door was fixed before 02:30pm. Just excellent service from the staff who took my call through the technician (Mitchel Meals) who completed the repair. I highly recommend Precision Door for all garage door maintenance, repair or replacement. 5 STAR all the way !

Called for broken spring on 6-22-21. Appointment set for 6-23-2021, 10-12 AM. The tech arrived between 1030 and 1045. Mr Taylor the tech was very courteous and profession. Pointed out the door need two springs instead of the one installed that broke. Completed the job without any problem. Highly recommend this company for any garage door work anyone needs done. Five star performance.!!

It was late at night and Precision sent Justin Collier to repair our garage door. It could not be opened and the car could not be used for an important Doctor’s appointment. Justin gave three options for the repair and proceeded to do the job right then. Totally professional and without any wasted motions he restored the door to like new condition in less than 2 hours. 5 stars is not enough for this kind of dedication and service. Garage door spring broke on 5/2/2021 around 11am. I called Precision to set an appointment and was told it wouldn’t be until later that day between 6pm and 8pm. 11:30pm I got a text that my technician Hunter Taylor was on the way. Hunter was super knowledgeable and explained how to take care of my garage door moving forward! We even talked about classic cars! It’s almost 2pm on 5/2/2021, Hunter is long gone and my garage door is working again!!! #PRECISION4THEWIN
