Stephen was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed my door opener problem and repaired it. He inspected all of my door components and told me that a new opener was not warranted at this time. I chose Precision from their TV commercials. Great service.

A trusted friend recommended Precision. As soon as the appointment was scheduled, we received confirmation via text and email. The technician was to arrive between 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM. At 3:45 PM he (Justin) called and said he would be there in 15 minutes. Right on schedule! Before Justin arrived we received a notice with his picture and resume. Nice safety feature in today's world. Justin was polite and very professional. He explained the issue and provided options given the age and condition of the door/lifter. He was finished in approximately one hour. We are very satisfied!!!

Excellent job! Mitchell explained that he needed to install the new springs differently than the original installation. I asked who would do a simple remove and replace so he offered a few names. But since these springs have a lifetime warranty, we went with these. Mitchell was very personable and the repair went quickly. He even replaced the rollers on each side of the doors with better quality ones.

I have used Precision before, which is why I called them again. Clean cut personnel. It was obvious the technician knew what needed doing and set about doing it in a professional manner. I was completely satisfied with the work and price, something I don't say that often anymore. In the future, I will not even consider calling anyone else.

This was the third visit by Precision Door service over more than decade for our double garage overhead door the first was noisy rollers, replaced with high quality steel rollers (no more squeaks) the second was replacing the door bottom door bumper/seal (no more leaks), the last was replacing and upgrading the broken springs. The tech was prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, and explained all the issues and repair. He was very quick in assessment and the actual repair, explaining each element of the problems and offering choices for the optimum result. Bottom Line, we won't call anyone else and don't expect to see him any time soon,

Precision Garage Door did an excellent job, as they did when I first used them around 5 years ago. Chandler, the technician, came in the estimated time frame, and sent me a text when he was on his way. After he spent maybe 20 minutes analyzing the door problems, he presented me with three different estimates, and explained the various options that affect the price. He was patient as I asked questions. He also explained alternatives for future possibilities, including buying a replacement parts from Amazon or Home Depot. Some items may be a little cheaper than his company, but considering that there might be compatibility problems. My conclusion is I am better off using his company, where they wouldn't be any compatibility problems. I will definitely use this company again.
