I am very please with the services provided by Precision. I received an appointment confirmation email directly after I made the appointment. I received a reminder email the day before my scheduled appointment. My appointment was scheduled between 8 and 10. At 8:20 I received an email with the picture of my technician and his name advising my technician (Chandler) was on the way. When Chandler arrived, he was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about garages. He is a super guy and a great representative for Precision. He sent the estimate to me before he left my house. I was totally impressed with the entire process from the initial contact to the scheduled visit. I would recommend them. The only reason I am not using them for my repairs is because I have a garage door that panels can only be obtained from a specific company.

Stephen showed up early, after calling to be sure that was ok. A very professional and friendly guy, quickly inspected, lubed, and replaced the rollers on my garage door. I recommend calling Precision for any garage door needs.

Stephen was so friendly and nice. Looked the door over. The door had been sticking and would not go up all the way:which made me leave the car outside. He sprayed the bolts and rubber sides and took care of the problem and gave recommendations for care. Yes, I would use them again.

We had a pretty problem with our garage door and was so worried it would cost a lot to get it fixed, which being Christmas season and n a LOW fixed income, we worried but had to call the doctor installation company-Precision Door Company and Stephen came out today. He immediately saw he pretty problem, (our fault) and voila it works like a charm!!! What a relief and no we can get on with our lif and not have this burdensome worry!!! Technician was very professional and knowledgeable. Had a broken spring and was replaced quickly, also added a support brace since one door panel had some damage due to being run into. Door works good again!

Very good company . Hunter Taylor was our service technician that came for the appointment . Time of arrival was earlier than appointment made time . I got the text he was on his way as he was walking up my sidewalk . Might should work on that timing . Lol . But I was sent reminders for the appointment prior to day and time of service . So of course the technician was expected . And he proceeded with the service call , made a couple of recommendations ,well noted , and then completed the service that was expected . I would call Precision again . We were satisfied with the work and the fee charged . Professional and friendly company to work with .

One of my garage door opener’s chain drive sprocket failed. I came across Precision after an online search and noticed good reviews. I can tell you the good reviews on your company are spot on! Once your technician Stephen arrived he inspected both my garage doors, showed me the problems and provided me with four options for repair or replacement. I decided to replace both openers, all rollers and bottom door seals. Stephen said he needed to make sure he had everything required to complete the job, once confirmed he went straight to work. Approximately three hours later the job was done! He even instructed me on programming mine and wife’s vehicle’s onboard door openers! I can’t tell you how happy I am that I called Precision! I will definitely refer your company to anyone needing garage door work! 100% satisfied!

Stephen did an excellent job! He diagnosed the problem with my opener quickly, replaced the needed circuit board with one he had on his truck and was done in less than 20 minutes, including an inspection of the door itself.

Justin was our Tech and he first made a detailed check of our garage opener system and clearly recommended potential options to fix our key issue and updates to improve upon other parts of our garage doors/opener that would improve our overall setup, focused on safety, mechanical and electrical operation and cost (value/improvement for changes). Service was good and personnel showed up on time. Due to back problems I had to call Precision door service because they were the only ones who could fit me in today. Service was great but I did think it was too high on cost. I realize everyone has to make a living but 486.00 to replace two springs is rather high. If I didn't have back problems, I could have done it for a fraction of the price. Service personnel were very professional and nice. He made sure all components were working correctly and checked spring tension and lubricated all joints. I am not saying I wouldn't use Precision door service because I will, I just think based on man hours and parts 486.00 was extremely high. I know with inflation like it is and availability of all hardware, I know it cost more then it did 10 years when I replaced the springs on my other door but I really can't complain. I had to have it done today so I was at the mercy of calling a service repair man. Other than that I would recommend Precision. Really can't complain other then the cost.

My remote wouldn't work. They said it was my battery after connecting their remote and cycling door. Changed battery out and it worked afterwards. They did not charge me anything for this service, let me keep the battery and showed me how to swap it out when it dies next time. Will call them again next time something breaks. (which it will. it's a 35 year old garage door).

Precision should make it clear before agreeing to any remodel job that they will not make any modification to existing door frame necessary for installation. It should be made clear to the customer that there will be additional cost to install the door.
