I recently had both of our garage door openers replaced by Precision. The tech was very professional, hard working, knew exactly what he was doing, and very courteous. The equipment they installed was above my expectations in quality. And the price was in the range I anticipated. My entire experience with this company has been wonderful. They know how to treat their customers with kindness and respect. They kept me informed by text, email, and phone call as to their every action to fix my garage doors. When I have garage door issues again, I will definitely contact Precision.

Our old, heavy wooden garage doors have needed to be replaced for the last few years. The spring system finally broke causing us to move forward with a full replacement. WOW! We have been so impressed with the new system. Before you could hear and feel the vibrations of the old doors opening inside the house. Our new ones are so quiet that our 3 dogs don't even hear us arrive until we are walking in the door of the house. The motion activated lights are a huge safety feature and the security cameras are an additional safety bonus. We no longer turn on our mounted garage light because as soon as we step into the garage the opener lights turn on encasing our entire garage in bright light before we even press a button on either opener. Braxton was our main technician assisted by Chase and Justin. All 3 were extremely professional, positive, punctual and thorough in their explanation of all the features and functions of our new doors and openers. The office staff as well has been pleasant to work with at every phone conversation we have had. I highly recommend this company for their personal attention to detail and their professional responsibility in their work. I also recommend you request Braxton for your repair or install needs. I truly believe he treated this work as thoroughly as he would have if he was doing the work on his own house.

We've used Precision Door Service since buying our home in 2016...for service...for routine maintenance, and in May, to replace the springs. Hunter Wallen did a fabulous job...what a great technician. At that time we made a decision to order a new door. It arrived and today, Braxton Strawder completed the removal of the old door and installation of the new...and I gotta say...WOWOWOW on all accounts, on account of the timely and professional job he did. That the final thing he did was wipe the door down inside and out for any smudges, fingerprints, lubricant...etc. Very nice. Both Hunter and Braxton called ahead, let me know they were on their way (at the appointed time) and both were in and out lickety split. One thing I have to say...since the springs that Hunter installed were top of the line and way better than the ones that came with the door, we decided to keep the ones we had and received a price reduction for them on our final billing. I would not have known...but Braxton did, and really did me right. That's integrity. The black iron hardware (ornamental on the outside) will be installed in a week or so, and I look forward to seeing Hunter again. Hunter AND Braxton are 5-STAR men. They do the job right and with integrity.

We have our garage doors installed by Precision Door Service for a year now. Today, their employees John and Jake did a complimentary check up of our doors and did a very good job, of which we’re very grateful. These guys are the most courteous people we’ve ever met. We’re very proud of PDS and would recommend them to everyone looking for a new garage door. Rolly & Flory Gentolizo

From the first time I called the office all the way through the job estimate Justin provided, we had full confidence that Precision Door was the best company for our job. We had a challenging job with an older shop, but Justin and team did a fantastic job making sure our garage door lifts were installed perfectly. I appreciate the extra detail and the extra time, and have full confidence that we will use them again in the future.

The guys were friendly and professional and called to let me know they were on the way. The doors look and operate great! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the new seals are narrower than the the old ones and don't overlap the garage door opening trim correctly. Wider seals should have been used.

This company made a point to remind you of the date and time of service. Hunter and Hunter(two Hunters), called ahead, promptly saw the cause of the problem, offered two options , and because they had the necessary parts, were able to fix the problem in about an hour. Both gentlemen were well mannered and skilled in their work. I was very pleased to be able to use the garage door again.
