These guys/gals are awesome. Making my appt was super easy, although I tried online and it would not work for me; I called the next morning and got it set up without any problem. My service tech guy named Stephen Reliford was awesome at explaining the work that needed done and the timely manner that it was performed in. He was also friendly and polite. This was the first time that I have used their service and I must say that I was very impressed. They gave me a precise date and time when they would be able to come out and work on my garage door which I was happy and relieved about after waiting for weeks with my previous garage door company dragging me along for weeks constantly telling me they would be there (NOT) and then actually telling me to find service elsewhere for my garage door issues. Bryan did an outstanding job on my door! He replaced my 7 foot rail and broken belt with an 8 foot rail and new belt. Amazingly my door opens all the way to the top of the opening now instead of a foot from the top. The new belt fixed my issue with adjusting the travel all the way to the floor. I appreciate your great work and professionalism Bryan. I won't hesitate to call Precision if I need work done in the future.

He came early! After calling first, of course. I went over what I wanted and he listened to me. He had to go back to the shop for the right new opener for me. He put it together, new buttons on the wall (and sensors), Hooked up my car and my phone to the MyQ and it all works terrifically.
