Prompt service and the technician Adam explained all of my options after doing his initial evaluation. He repaired the door and was knowledgable of the equipment. Even though my garage door did not need it, I ended up having him install a new belt drive opener with battery back up, not disappointed at all. I have never had a quieter garage door. Adam was professional and had a great attitude. When the time comes I will be calling Precision to replace the other garage door opener with a belt drive opener.
