I have nothing but great things to say about Precision door the customer service is top notch. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. My initial service was in February 2020, I was given an appointment time but my technician was able to come earlier and fast forward 3 months later I received the same prompt service and technician. I recommend them to all of my friends and family.

We would highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service! We called this morning and a technician was at our house within an hour or two. He quickly assessed the problem and efficiently fixed it for us. He took the time to recommend other improvements that could be done at a later date to make the doors operate better. I needed someone to work on a garage door within 24 hours is why I chose Precision after looking online. I was the seller and was closing on that home the next day. They did such a good job that I had them come to the home that I live in and again they did a great job, works better than when we bought the house 5 months ago. I liked that they sent a photo of the technician ahead of time so that I knew who to expect, the cost was reasonable, and the technicians seemed to be very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend them.

I had a very good experience with Precision. I called and received a next day appointment. The serviceman arrived on the day and at the time promised. He asked me what the issue was and quickly assessed my options. Although I knew with almost 99.9% certainty that I was going to replace the opener I was glad that the serviceman offered a less expensive solution first (replace the circuit board). Once we agreed upon replacement he quickly replaced the unit and gave me a rundown on how things worked. Overall I was very pleased with the service received, professionalism, and believe I received fair and reasonable pricing. I would highly recommend and use Precision again.
