Hunter arrived on time. He was extremely knowledgeable about my issue, and it's repair. He explained concisely what my repair options were, never pressuring me into anything. I chose the Lifetime option for this very reason! The work was completed expertly and efficiently.

I called this afternoon for routine service. It was not an emergency but they were able to come this afternoon. Service was quick and thorough. This was the second time we have used them. I was able to get an appointment for the next day when I called. The technician, Carl, actually called a few hours early and was able to get everything repaired in a quick manner. He wore his mask the entire time, too! I liked getting texts about the appointment, as well as phone calls. They run a very efficient operation!

In today's strange world, it is so hard to get service and feel comfortable about the interface. Precision Doors was so far above expectations that I don't know where to start. The communication was outstanding. I received a photo of my technician to ensure my safety. Precision Doors is following excellent protocol to ensure that no physical contact is made. The technician was friendly, quick, and thorough. He saw a potential future problem and fixed it too. Outstanding all the way around. I recommend them highly.

My garage door spring broke and I Called on a Sunday.. they immediately set me up for the following day repair .. the tech was super nice .. he had everything on the truck to get me going for way less cost than I thought it would be. Under an hour later he had me fixed up.. top notch service .. will definitely call again if I need them. Would recommend to anyone.

Customer Service answered the phone when called. Had a cancelation & was able to schedule for 4pm - THE SAME DAY 4-6pm. The tech drove up 4pm. Diagnosed the problem & replaced new beam. Job complete. Reasonable price.We just moved from Atlanta area- used Overhead Door for many yrs. They were good but never had this response.

I have used Precision Door for installation of a new garage door and for service calls. All interactions have been prompt, cordial, and most of all honest. I had some trouble with the door opening by remote and made a service call. The tech was extremely helpful. He diagnosed the problem as interference from LED bulbs I had just installed. There was no charge! I feel good about using Precision Door and I would not hesitate giving a full endorsement .

Justin was very polite and cordial. Did an assessment of the broken door was very professional. I was unaware that he was prepared to fixed the door per assessment and after estimate. I wasn't prepared. So I made an appointment to come out and repair the door. So, I give 5 stars just for the assessment and look forward to another visit for repair.

Greetings! Had a new garage door and opener installed approximately two months ago. When it was installed, I didn’t realize that installing the new motor where the old one was would block my attic door until I needed a plumber to advise on moving the attic water heater to the garage floor. I called with the concern; and, Precision Door sent a representative to access the matter. Well, they ordered a motor that mounted on the side - which to me was great! The same installer came out and did a wonderful job! While his truck was in my driveway, someone stopped to get the telephone number! I want to encourage you to complete your warranty as soon as you received it from the installer just in case you have an issue.
