I called - Austin called me back and set up a time to look at the garage door. He arrived on time and we discussed my need. He gave me a quote, and scheduled a time to come back with the parts and change out the panels and the type spring mechanism. He arrived on time (calling ahead to let me know he was coming) and completed the job with Mike's assistance. They worked for two hours on this job and worked hard, and when finished everything was cleaned up and working properly. I like the way they work, and the professional manner they conducted themselves.

Gentleman came out at approximately 5:00 PM. Discovered the sprocket was worn our that lifted the garage door. Also discovered the garage door only had one spring. He discussed with me that this door should have two springs. Replaced springs and rollers. The door had not been this quiet since I have owned the house. Very pleased customer. The tech was also very nice and very personable.
