I called Precision Doors on a Sunday afternoon, since they were open, and they were able to help repair my garage door the next day. They called before they arrived, and when they did arrive, they were on time and very professional. My service person was Carl and he identified my issues quickly and repaired the door in a short amount of time. The cost was reasonable and I was very happy with Carl's professional repair work and his knowledge.

After continuing problems with a very old garage door system, I decided to replace the door. Because of HOA requirements, a special garage door had to be ordered. The estimator worked with me to provide the needed documents to be approved. Slight glitch when the wrong door was delivered but the order was redone with no loss to me but time. Just before my scheduled installation, a lightning strike destroyed my garage door opener. Technician arrived promptly to confirm my suspicions and I ended up adding an opener to the order. Throughout the multistage process, everyone arrived when they promised, giving prompt and courteous service. Installation included setting up my remotes, installing the external keypad, and providing all documents. Invoices and receipts were promptly emailed so I have a complete record of everything. I am very pleased with Precision and would recommend them without reservation.

The Service Techs (TJ and Tyler) called me to let me know when they would be here and arrived a few minutes ahead which was great. Diagnosed the problem immediately. Fixed the issue and made some key adjustments and offered me a couple of updates to my garage door, etc. I declined but was glad they let me know of some possible issues down the road. Both TJ and Tyler was very knowledgeable and finished the job in approx 30 minutes. Great service and very friendly. Would certainly use Precision Garage Door again and I will tell others as well. Excellent job TJ and Tyler!!

I called about 6:30pm and was placed on hold so I hung up. This wasn't an emergency so I decided I would call the next morning. While my wife and I were out eating I received a test from Brittany explaining who she was and if she could help me. I set up my appointment via text. This is what customer service is all about. Mitchell showed up the next morning right on time and I decided to get the Limited Lifetime Warranty Service. Thank you for your dedication to Customer Service!!!!
