I chose Precision based on posted reviews for my area. Two garage doors were not closing. The technician was on-time and quickly identified the problem. Two of my old sensors were not working properly, and once replaced, both doors and openers worked fine. He also repaired the sensor wiring on a third door to improve its reliability. I thought I would need new openers or at least adjustments, so this simple repair saved me money.

The day before my appointment I was sent a confirmation notice along with a photo to the technician. He arrived Within the allotted time. He and his partner were professional. They wore masks at all times. He explained my options for ordering a new door, and helped me select the one that would best suit my needs. Very satisfied with the process. Excellent visit from the folks at Precision today. Hunter was the technician who came out to assess our garage door issues. First, he arrived a few minutes early, and with me being a retired Military member, that means he was "on time". He took a look at our door and determined what the issue was right away. Instead of pulling the ole "upsale" method of a lot of companies, he determined the best fix was the easiest. Since I know very little about garage doors, he could have easily recommended a new spring, track or motor, but he stayed true to the ethics of business. The visit took less than an hour and he was on his way to the next customer. I will definitely utilize Precision for all of my garage door needs in the future. Give my thanks to Hunter for his professionalism and quick work, he is a true asset to the company.
