Called for broken spring on 6-22-21. Appointment set for 6-23-2021, 10-12 AM. The tech arrived between 1030 and 1045. Mr Taylor the tech was very courteous and profession. Pointed out the door need two springs instead of the one installed that broke. Completed the job without any problem. Highly recommend this company for any garage door work anyone needs done. Five star performance.!!

Garage door spring broke on 5/2/2021 around 11am. I called Precision to set an appointment and was told it wouldn’t be until later that day between 6pm and 8pm. 11:30pm I got a text that my technician Hunter Taylor was on the way. Hunter was super knowledgeable and explained how to take care of my garage door moving forward! We even talked about classic cars! It’s almost 2pm on 5/2/2021, Hunter is long gone and my garage door is working again!!! #PRECISION4THEWIN

Absolute fabulous company absolute fabulous technician!! My garage door broke of course at the most inopportune time (leaving for an appointment) I called several companies no one could help with the situation for 3-6 days!!
