These guys are great! Precision provided me with the best customer service and professional experience that I have encountered in years. They sent me texts leading up to the appointment to let me know who my technician would be and when he would arrive. The technician (Adam) was on time, professional, efficient, and courteous. He took the time to show me where the problem was and had it fixed within 15 minutes. The price was very reasonable - even a little less than I had expected. I received a follow-up text from the owners after the appointment checking to see if l was satisfied and thanking me for my business. I would absolutely recommend this company and this technician to my friends and family. I will use them for any garage door needs I have in the future.

The first thing that impressed me was the person I talked with yesterday; she was clear and honest in answering all my questions, and set up an appointment for me today. The technician/installer (Mitchell) arrived about two hours early, which was impressive as well. He diagnosed the problem as a failed controller board, and was able to find a replacement via his tablet. As the cost of the board was 60% of that of replacing the entire assembly, I opted for the latter; it was an unexpected expense, but with an opener that was more than 23 years old, the first failure is a sign that other failures may happen sooner than later. And the warranties (lifetime on important things and one year at no additional cost on the rest) sort of made the deal for me. This was a good experience which I will be happy to tell others about.
