This was the third visit by Precision Door service over more than decade for our double garage overhead door the first was noisy rollers, replaced with high quality steel rollers (no more squeaks) the second was replacing the door bottom door bumper/seal (no more leaks), the last was replacing and upgrading the broken springs. The tech was prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, and explained all the issues and repair. He was very quick in assessment and the actual repair, explaining each element of the problems and offering choices for the optimum result. Bottom Line, we won't call anyone else and don't expect to see him any time soon,

I called yesterday and the garage bottom seals were replaced this morning. Technician called and arrived on time to perform the job. He was pleasant and informative and more importantly did a great job. I would recommend your company to anyone needing garage door services. He also performed an inspection of my garage door components while at our residence.

Very quick response (although it wasn't needed); just needed bottom door seals replaced. Called in the morning, seals were replaced that afternoon! Appointment confirmed by text message. Brief bio and picture sent to me of the technician who was on his way. Justin was very personable and professional. He also did a safety inspection and lubrication on both doors as well as recommendations for longer of the doors/system.

Great service! First thing Mitchell said was"do you want me to wear a mask". Since my wife is taking chemo treatment for cancer and her immune sys is compromised, I surely apprecited that gesture.

What a great bunch of folks to do business with. Fast, courteous, and very knowledgeable and helpful on making the right decision on door repair. No pressure to spend the most money, but knowledge to help make a decision. "It's just a garage door" is fine till yours stops working.

I was referred by a friend who had a good experience. While we spent more than we anticipated, our tech was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to repair on the spot. We were very pleased with the service. The feature of sending a message with a picture of the tech coming to your home with information about him is a wonderful bonus. It also creates a safety net. Thank you.

These guys are great! Precision provided me with the best customer service and professional experience that I have encountered in years. They sent me texts leading up to the appointment to let me know who my technician would be and when he would arrive. The technician (Adam) was on time, professional, efficient, and courteous. He took the time to show me where the problem was and had it fixed within 15 minutes. The price was very reasonable - even a little less than I had expected. I received a follow-up text from the owners after the appointment checking to see if l was satisfied and thanking me for my business. I would absolutely recommend this company and this technician to my friends and family. I will use them for any garage door needs I have in the future.
