Garage door spring broke on 5/2/2021 around 11am. I called Precision to set an appointment and was told it wouldn’t be until later that day between 6pm and 8pm. 11:30pm I got a text that my technician Hunter Taylor was on the way. Hunter was super knowledgeable and explained how to take care of my garage door moving forward! We even talked about classic cars! It’s almost 2pm on 5/2/2021, Hunter is long gone and my garage door is working again!!! #PRECISION4THEWIN

I called mid-afternoon to get a bid on replacing weather stripping/vinyl trim on my garage door. They quoted a reasonable price/foot on the materials and I gave the go-ahead for the formal estimate. Before I hung up, they had scheduled a technician to come out later that afternoon. Justin called ahead, appeared on time and completed the work within an hour. If I had known the issue could be resolved in that short time, I would have had the work done months ago!
