Technician was on time and very professionally explained our best options for the work we requested. He wore a mask the entire time which is greatly appreciated. Absolute fabulous company absolute fabulous technician!! I called mid-afternoon to get a bid on replacing weather stripping/vinyl trim on my garage door. They quoted a reasonable price/foot on the materials and I gave the go-ahead for the formal estimate. Before I hung up, they had scheduled a technician to come out later that afternoon. Justin called ahead, appeared on time and completed the work within an hour. If I had known the issue could be resolved in that short time, I would have had the work done months ago!

The spring broke on one of our garage doors and I could not open the door. I was at a very inopportune time. I was planning to leave within a few hours to deliver Christmas gifts to South Alabama since our daughter and grandson were planning to Huntsville for Christmas; however, our daughter just found out that she tested positive for COVID-19 this morning. I called Precision Door Service around 10:30 and found that they could schedule an appointment for between 12:00 and 2:00. The service technician, Mitchell, arrived a little after 12:00. He explained my repair options and provided the price for each option. I made my selection and he went to work. I did not time him, but I would guess he completed all repairs within 45 minutes. He was very professional and courteous in all of our interactions. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service to my friends and neighbors.
