I had a repair done today and the garage worked well enough to park my vehicle back into it. Went back out to leave and there is no power to the switch. The technician was very friendly, but to pay over $200 for a repair that literally only worked well enough for me to pull my car in & let the garage back down is beyond frustrating!! I called back & another appointment isn't available until Monday. Not only that, but the agent was unable to confirm if the work would be guaranteed. The power is now loss to the switch and I can't help but to wonder if there is something loose now as this was not an issue before the repair and if there was anything else going on with it, I'd think for sure that a professional should have been able to properly diagnose any issues so that I would have had an opportunity to make a fully conscious decision as to whether investing in today's repair. I will give this a 1 because the technician was very friendly, but I need quality work that is done correctly the first time.

He is very knowledgeable and engaging, and carefully explained all the work to be done, all pricing options, and required maintenance on our part (which is not much anymore since he installed sealed bearings and powder coated springs). Great service!!! From the time I called them for service to the time they finished (leaving my driveway) was less than an hour. There was no long wait to wait for an appointment. The service was quick, the job was done right, I am very pleased the guys working on it (Preston & the guy he was I assume training) were very nice and friendly. They gave me tips and recommendations for maintaining my garage. If my garage breaks again ( I hope not) I will be calling them, and they are reasonably priced!!!

The day before my appointment I was sent a confirmation notice along with a photo to the technician. He arrived Within the allotted time. He and his partner were professional. They wore masks at all times. He explained my options for ordering a new door, and helped me select the one that would best suit my needs. Very satisfied with the process. My new door should be here in 3-4 weeks.
