Our garage door broke without warning, and I was unable to get my car out of the garage. your company was the only one we could find that provided emergency door service. From the operator we spoke with to the technician who came and repaired the door all were very courteous and professional. I could recommend your company to others..

Quick, efficient service! Hunter not only fixed our issue in less than thirty minutes, but took the time to explain why it happened, preventative steps, and gave us a quote for several solutions without a sales pitch.

Technician was on time and very professionally explained our best options for the work we requested. He wore a mask the entire time which is greatly appreciated. Before he left, he contacted his manager to verify the size of the windows that were available for our size garage doors. At this time, no repairs were performed, however, an estimate was provided the same day which speaks for itself. Thank you !

I called mid-afternoon to get a bid on replacing weather stripping/vinyl trim on my garage door. They quoted a reasonable price/foot on the materials and I gave the go-ahead for the formal estimate. Before I hung up, they had scheduled a technician to come out later that afternoon. Justin called ahead, appeared on time and completed the work within an hour. If I had known the issue could be resolved in that short time, I would have had the work done months ago!

The spring broke on one of our garage doors and I could not open the door. I was at a very inopportune time. I was planning to leave within a few hours to deliver Christmas gifts to South Alabama since our daughter and grandson were planning to Huntsville for Christmas; however, our daughter just found out that she tested positive for COVID-19 this morning. I called Precision Door Service around 10:30 and found that they could schedule an appointment for between 12:00 and 2:00. The service technician, Mitchell, arrived a little after 12:00. He explained my repair options and provided the price for each option. I made my selection and he went to work. I did not time him, but I would guess he completed all repairs within 45 minutes. He was very professional and courteous in all of our interactions. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service to my friends and neighbors.
