showed up a few minutes early, which was great and unexpected. My experience with a lot of companies has been they are never on time and almost at least 30 minutes late. Went to work, worked heartily, industriously, well mannered. Communicated to me what he was doing, enjoyed a little friendly small talk, weather, family. Showed he knew what to do and was doing it. Explained to me new openers (I'm mechanically) challenged. I would hire this particular workman to work for me again. Very kind, understanding. Cleaned up thoroughly. Alas, there are workman who know what they are doing, do it with enthusiasm, and friendliness. Thank you Precision

Our Garage door decided it had had enough last week and quit. A technician with precision door was at my house within hours of my call. After a look around he spotted the problem and fortunately had the parts he needed right there on his truck. As he was leaving, I opened the other garage door and yep, It too was exhibiting symptoms of metal stress and wear from age and an improper initial installment. Mike, the Tech had those parts too ! Big improvement with little cost , down time and stress on my part. Mike the technician was wonderful. He's an honest, hardworking ,good guy, that didn't try to upsell me stuff I didn't need and fixed both doors correctly. What a relief.

Wonderful experience...Office staff took my call quickly and courteously with a same day appointment. The tech called and ask if he could come early and showed up exactly as he said. He was very knowledgeable and courteous and completed the work in less than 1 hour. I just wish all companies did business the way you all do. :)

We had lightning hot our home and shorting out numerous electrical items. One of them our garage door opener. A few months later we had the opener make an unusual humming noise so I called Precision. Austin came out to check he was very timely and professional. He troubleshooter the issue and replaced the faulty part. Simple quick and easy. Would definitely recommend Precision anytime.

I received quick and great service. My technician, Mike, was friendly and thorough with his explanation of my options. He answered all my questions with expertise and gave his opinion while allowing me to make the best decision. I called on a Saturday evening in an emergency situation about 6:00. They were here by 6:45 and completed the work within 1 hour. I would recommend to others.
