I called - Austin called me back and set up a time to look at the garage door. He arrived on time and we discussed my need. He gave me a quote, and scheduled a time to come back with the parts and change out the panels and the type spring mechanism. He arrived on time (calling ahead to let me know he was coming) and completed the job with Mike's assistance. They worked for two hours on this job and worked hard, and when finished everything was cleaned up and working properly. I like the way they work, and the professional manner they conducted themselves.

Excellent service. The technician explained what he was doing and showed me what to look for to prevent future problems. The technician called ahead of time and arrived exactly when he said he would. I already had recorded Precision as a place I thought was good, because of the great experience we had when they installed our door. This time, the door was broken because some critter had chewed through the wiring. I thought I could fix it, but my repair didn't work. Precision scheduled a convenient time with me (courteous over the phone and wanted to do what I needed) and TJ called to tell me the exact time and was right on time. He was courteous, repaired it quickly, and listed it as warranty work and didn't charge. I definitely recommend Precision!

My garage door opener wasn't opening the door so I called Precision. The technician was very professional and got it fixed very quickly. I had previously had a bad experience with another company that had a very rude technician so I was a little wary of calling for repair. However, I had a great experience with Precision. The technician was very polite as well as knowing his stuff. I would definitely recommend Precision and will use them again if needed.
