Referred by Home Advisor. Called and scheduled service next day. Technician, Mitchel, provided three repair/replace estimates. He advised the current drive train was in good shape, and the outstanding features of the replacement units. I elected to repair unit by replacing circuit board. Technician replaced board and reprogramed all remotes. Very professional service, will call them again.

This was by far the best home service call I have had for anything in a verrrry long time. I had 2 garage door openers replaced and Hunter was fast, meticulous and clean. Hunter explained every feature and add on and didn’t leave until all openers were programmed and every feature tested. And oh, by the way, he called and arrived when agreed to. I called Precision Door about repairing a garage door opener that was damaged by a lighting power surge. Mr. Carl Holme came out the next day and immediately diagnosed the problem, a damaged mother board. The board was replaced and the door was operating again within 15 minutes. Carl's skill and professionalism were obvious. For any future problems, I will not hesitate to call Precision Door again.
