Excellent service. Technician arrived early and finished the job before his expected arrival time, because he happened to be nearby when he got the call. He replaced the springs and also showed me that the opener motor itself is showing signs of wear and will probably need to be replaced before long. It has already outlived its life expectancy, and I appreciated the warning of another large expense. He told me about options for replacement and emailed an estimate, but he did not pressure me to do anything about the motor today. Hunter Taylor was the technician, and he was friendly and professional.

Precision Door Service has excellent repairmen who know what they are doing. Hunter did an outstanding job replacing the broken spring on our old wooden garage door. He explained what he was going to do fix the problem and what had happened to cause it. We appreciate that. His knowledge about current building requirements made us understand why he needed to replace both springs to bring it up to code. These springs can be dangerous, so that's a worry gone! Hunter came when scheduled, quoted a price for repair, and even helped us out with a coupon to lower the price. He did not change the estimate. Thanks! We appreciate the email notices, too, and the friendly person who set up the first available appointment.

My technician was able to quickly identify and solve the two problems affecting the operation of my opener. I had a loose cable twisted around a pulley. All four of the pulley bearing races, as well as the door section hinges needed lubrication. I had only been lubricating the rails. Extremely impressed and satisfied! The spring for our opener broke a few weeks ago and my husband attempted to fix it a couple of times himself but just could not get it to work. I called this morning and was told Austin would be out between 4 and 6. I was shocked when he called at 10 and said he was running ahead of schedule and could be here in 15 minutes! He assessed the door and knew right away what the issue was. He replaced the original spring and had it working again within an hour. Thank you so, so much!! My garage door made noises like it was about to fall apart. I had seen a coupon in a recent book and decided to give them a call instead of whom I had called in the past. The people I called in the past obviously did not need my business by the way they acted. I called Precision they came out right away. The two guys sent a text before they arrived and when they arrived they looked over the garage door gave it a spray of a different kind of Lubricate then I was using. The only thing that I had not sprayed on my door He sprayed and the noise was gone. The guy said that he would not feel good about charging me for that and so he did not. Now that’s good business. I’ve been thinking about replacing my garage door and I talked to him about it he left me some information and it may be a while but Precision will be installing my new door . I recommend them highly to anyone who wants a fair deal and a good job.
