Greetings! Had a new garage door and opener installed approximately two months ago. When it was installed, I didn’t realize that installing the new motor where the old one was would block my attic door until I needed a plumber to advise on moving the attic water heater to the garage floor. I called with the concern; and, Precision Door sent a representative to access the matter. Well, they ordered a motor that mounted on the side - which to me was great! The same installer came out and did a wonderful job! While his truck was in my driveway, someone stopped to get the telephone number! I want to encourage you to complete your warranty as soon as you received it from the installer just in case you have an issue.

Great group of people! From Heather who answered the phone, to Carl who replaced my spring, they were professional, personable, and proficient. Heather made me a same day appointment and Carl had my spring replaced in less than 30 minutes and he even fine tuned my door opener, simply because he noticed it. That's pride in your work and going the extra mile. These days, you notice things like that. Should I have a need in the future, I will be calling Precision again.

A found a Groupon for Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. It seemed like it would cover the noise mine was making. The technicians were professional, on-time and had great communication before and during their visit. They replaced the rollers and lubed the hinges. I really appreciate Justin telling me how to keep them maintained. He also informed me about a possible issue in the future. He priced it out and gave me the choice to fix it also at this visit. I chose not to, but he was very informative, and I appreciate the heads up.

I decided to call Precision’s phone number just to get their working hours, so I would know when to call them. Instead they had a live operator on duty on the holiday. She took my information and set up an appointment for the following day. Their technician arrived at the appointed time and had everything fixed in less than an hour. Very pleased with everything about the experience.

Precision Door Service has been a delight to work with, from our initial call to the office, to the personal visit from our technician Justin Collier, to the installation of a new garage door and garage door opener. The customer service representatives in the office were consistently helpful and good-natured as we made, adjusted and finalized appointments. Justin Collier did a full survey of the existing garage door and condition of our 55-year-old garage threshold. He explained the various options for doors and door openers. At no time did he recommend any product, but was consistently careful to give us information and answer our many questions. He detailed the upgrades necessary to the physical framing of our home’s garage threshold, including measurements of the materials necessary to bring the door framing itself up to snuff. When he installed the new garage door and door opener, Justin was prompt, thorough, and thoroughly professional. He demonstrated the particular components of our new system and didn’t leave the job site until all was installed and approved. In addition, Justin was mindful to leave the area cleaned, swept and perfectly tidy. Our experience with Precision Door Service has been excellent in every way.
