Adam arrived and did a full inspection of my garage door. He did not have the 100# springs i needed. He said he would get them and return to install them along with new cables & pulleys. That was fine with me. He wanted to completely fix my garage door, so i wouldn't have any more problems, and make the repairs all at once. I have had excellent service with Precision Door Company since 2015. I appreciate the service i have received. They are always on time, and take care of the problem the first time. I would highly recommend this company for anyone needing their garage door repaired.

All went well with repair. Polite, efficient technician. Only minor request is that when quoting cost for spring (s) please mention that price is for EACH spring. I was under the understanding that price started at $175 for double door spring.

Garage door spring broke on 5/2/2021 around 11am. I called Precision to set an appointment and was told it wouldn’t be until later that day between 6pm and 8pm. 11:30pm I got a text that my technician Hunter Taylor was on the way. Hunter was super knowledgeable and explained how to take care of my garage door moving forward! We even talked about classic cars! It’s almost 2pm on 5/2/2021, Hunter is long gone and my garage door is working again!!! #PRECISION4THEWIN

Absolute fabulous company absolute fabulous technician!! My garage door broke of course at the most inopportune time (leaving for an appointment) I called several companies no one could help with the situation for 3-6 days!! I saw your company's advertisement regarding same day service, I called and sooo happy I did everything was fabulous from the phone call through the repair!! within less 24 hours and less than $200 I now have a working garage door again!!
